Suddenly, the market has risen again today. What do you think, what caused this callback? In addition to the mainstream BTC, ETH, what other currencies do you hold?

What do you mean by the cause of the call back? The market has been bullish for over 4months now. The recent pull back in the market was just a correction and the market is on its way up again. If you are not yet ready for the bullrun, I suggest you get ready now

bitcoin has been on the rise and this is a very long overdue bull market because we had over a year of price fall which is partly why these days the market is making up for that long time of drop by rising consistently with a strong momentum.

and since bitcoin rise always caused altcoins to dump, that is why they are losing their value and the reason for that is because traders cash out of the altcoins whenever bitcoin price is rising because they know the altcoin dump is a serious and inevitable thing.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

There are lots of positive news popping up everyday about the crypto world. This creates a positive atmosphere and hype,so more noobs feel comfortable enough to start buying cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin started it's bull run but as you see, every initial bull run has a small bear known as bear trap. This bear trap is caused by two movements. Some person who bought the coins in cheaper price would like to grab a profit and exit, that's why they sell on a small profit margin. Second is whales trying to make people panic about decreasing price and buy coins for cheap before pumping the price.

The price of Bitcoin and all of alts are highly unpredictable. Events do have effect on the price move but are not the ultimate mover.
But with current trend what we can conclude is Bitcoin is an steady rise. With every increase and decrease, it's creating a higher bottom.

I mainly hold Bitcoin but still trying to accumulate some. I have no idea what caused that, also not really surprised by this sudden jump because it is what should happen to Bitcoin in this year (the only reason is that historical data predicts BItcoin will be in positive trend this year). I'd love to see Bitcoin price to surge and break $10,000 level an more.

No one can say for sure that what are the causes behind the fall and rise of the market. What they can say is that only prediction. The general belief that bad news relating to cryptocurrency, FUD are some reasons behind the trend of the market falling or rising. For quite a couple of months, the market has risen and it may continue for quite a longer. And this is a good news.

Down and rising prices, in my opinion are things that are common in the economic cycle. What do you think is the cause?
In my opinion, one reason is the increasing number of purchases. How?

Suddenly, the market has risen again today. What do you think, what caused this callback? In addition to the mainstream BTC, ETH, what other currencies do you hold?

The markets have been rising since February, with huge, unprecedented volumes. We all know that prices change hour to hour and day to day, but these have to be set against the wider trend. A 1% price drop in an hour means nothing against a rise of 5% over the day, or a drop of 5% over a day means nothing agianst a rise of 25% for the week.
So the cause of the latest wave of green across the market is just that a) the markets are bullish, and b) prices have been stagnant for a couple of days. So with the high volumes a breakout was going to happen, and with the market being bullish, upwards was the likely direction.
I much prefer this sort of rise punctuated by periods of stability to the sort of relentless rise we saw in 2017. If the prices stay level for a while, it helps to establish support and recognition that the price is justified, rather than it just being an artificial inflation due to runaway FOMO.

I don't know the reason, to be honest, I don't want to measure the pump with any specific reason because price can be affected for various reason.
I'm holding BTC, ETH, ONION, TRON, BAT, XMR

During 2019 there was a growth, the reasons for which have already been discussed. Why today is the price increase? Such sharp jumps from time to time occur in the crypto market. The reason is that even such assets as Bitcoin and Ethereum are poorly liquid. Therefore, when a large buyer or seller comes and hits the market, a large number of orders are absorbed with a large change in prices.
When market liquidity increases (hardly soon), there will be no more such spikes.

I guess what he means is, what's caused this latest round. It's been a few consecutive weeks of bull momentum despite all the bad news and otherwise zero news for the bulls, so it is kind of strange to see a tight pullback. Corrections are always believable and expected, but they usually don't just happen in deep fallbacks like what OP probably referenced.

Not that it matters because we're now heading for new highs in 2019.

That’s a normal bounce back after short breakdown or correction, i don’t see any reason for the current pump but the chart says the price should go up and hit $9k before it drops again. I’m ok with my BTC and ETH, i don’t want to hold any shitcoins now though some of the bounty token are still with me but I think they can’t go up high again this time because they are already broke.

I guess you mean what is cursing the rebound or the surge again, well, we expected it, the market has been sable on $8000 for too long and some big investors have probably been holding on to see if the market will dump from that value based on the speculation of some analyst that there will be a very big corrections, which is why bitcoin might has failed most of the time it tried braking more barriers.

Now that they have gotten a clear signal that the market is not going to dump again, the biggest investor may have taken the move to first invest his own capital which I expect many other investors to also follow from here, so this increase may continue as it is till $11500.

All the bull run we have been having for some months now, no one can specifically say the cause of it. So there is not point bothering ourselves with this prediction. The choices of coin you have made will indeed get you to your aspiration depending on the amount you have also invested with, becoming a millionaire through these coins is not a child’s play too, to successfully count million in the next bull run, you still need to invest heavily.

So we might only get few millionaires through the next bitcoin and altcoins bull runs, averagely, everyone one will make some few dollars running from hundreds to thousands.

I think the support lines showed that even if the whales or anyone else wants to drop the bitcoin it will take considerable amount of more money than it would require to get it higher. Now think you are a financial wizard who makes money in any case and have a lot of money and considered a whale, which one would you prefer, spend more money and profit a lot less to drop bitcoin or spend a lot less money but make a lot more money by helping it go up?

Obviously, all people realized bitcoin can be dropped only to a certain point and can't be dropped any further and after that trial and error they went with the bulls and they bought a lot of coins from the support line and some even sold at the resistance line to take their profits. It will continue to go up as long as it worth a lot more to whales.
