Yes you are right fraud and scam is everywhere. We need to be carefull on the link that we are clicking because there is a time that once you click they can get your information even your private information like password. In technology that we have today nothing is impossiblible so be carefull and think first before doing anything.

Please verify any exchange through coinmarketcap.com before joining for trade or transfers. Let's learn to be careful including myetherwallet users. |

Thanks for the heads up ,I hope people listen ,getting scammed won't do you any good other than making those you told of your bad news run away from crypto, digital currencies are here to fix issues with world poverty and investing in them is the only way to bring changes so thread carefully and avoid getting scam at all cost

Not only about that but it will be much better to make sure we will create at least awareness if there were suspicious platforms because there will be a lot of newcomers will join again in the future. But the problem when those newcomers are being lazy to do or at least create a thread to talk about what they don't know about. Be an active person and we will fine. |

Think twice, or three times, before using any kind of wallet that uses the browser.
Even though the software itself may be safe (e.g. myetherwallet), your browser could be compromised.
Browsers are dirty and vulnerable. Extensions can read anything inside your browser. Your favorite extension may auto-update and inject malware into your browser, even accidentally. It has happened before with large javascript projects, why not with extensions?
So do not trust your browser. Only run native wallets with open source code.

Obviously, your suggestion was useful in many traders. But most of the traders are clever so everyone analyse the project worth at the same time some trusted exchanges are list the top token and coins so we can find the scam project easily. I think it will be useful on new traders. |

It's easy just ignore these new coins or coins that are having a crowd sale and concentrate on coins that are already top in the market, they are the one likely to benefit when the bull run comes, don't put your investment at risk by gambling in ICO it's not worth it anymore, there is no profit to be made in ICO after 2017. |

Seems like the people here will find out every new project arrived. There are a lot of ways to make sure the project is legit or the project is scam. For anyone who doesn't know its way then you have find in the scam accusation board because it will help them know the project which has indicated to scam. Maybe this is the time to change the perspective of everyone againts cryptocurrency in order to be accepted by all people especially from the government. I was happy when this increased price came because I cab trade with 70% I must get a profit. And also, for everyone who doesn't know everything or for the newscomers it will be good to choose an investing on the coin who has listed on the exchange.

Yes, this is true. We can already see that there is an increase of scams with this cryptocurrency price uptrend. New scam websites popping up every day offering bitcoin ponzi schemes, free or dirt cheap mining, fake bitcoin giveaways etc.
I think specially new comers to cryptocurrency should learn about these scams as they are not aware of it. If not, they will be victims of those scammers.
