I have reported this post but no action was taken. Isn't it a spam 

For t^he r^eco^rd, ^{I ha}ve ^joiⁿed YoBi^t in the pas^{t an}d I h^ave also participate^d in ONE of ^yah^oo's ca^mpai^gn^s. Th^at i^s all ^rel^ev^an^{t i}nformatⁱon ^that you can us^e agaⁱⁿst me in ^ad-hominem attacks if y^ou s^{o c}ho^ose^.

I support the existence of a c^ompe^teⁿt m^ana^ger ov^erseeiⁿg t^he ^YoBit campaign^. I do not ^supp^ort YoBit. ^I do n^ot s^uppo^rt ^spam. It do^esn't ev^en matt^er if i^t'^{s n}ot ya^ho^o that's m^anaging the c^amp^aign. What ^did matt^er is tha^t wⁱtho^ut a mana^ger, Yo^Bit woul^d h^ave caus^ed a^{n e}x^treme ^amouⁿt of ^sp^am to ^proli^ferat^{e u}poⁿ the f^oru^m.

Noⁿe of ^the u^sers that g^enuine^ly c^are ^abou^t the forum w^ould ^want tha^t.

For the record, I have joined YoBit in the past and I have also participated in ONE of yahoo's campaigns. That is all relevant information that you can use against me in ad-hominem attacks if you so choose.

I support the existence of a competent manager overseeing the YoBit campaign. I do not support YoBit. I do not support spam. It doesn't even matter if it's not yahoo that's managing the campaign. What did matter is that without a manager, YoBit would have caused an extreme amount of spam to proliferate upon the forum.

None of the users that genuinely care about the forum would want that.

But.. The font is kind of stupidly hard to read, making it look pretty spammy, i agree.

(but using stupid fonts is (on it's own, usually, often) not enough to warrant it being removed on the basis of it being "spammy". As there could/(and probably is in this case) be a solid message behind it.)

I like the one posted by LoyceV, looks cleaner and easier to read it surely tougher for copy-paster to replicate the contents
but once they managed to copy the contents in plain text, it would be even harder for us to find its original post he copied from
