Is pressing the button 'Select Server Automatically' is safe?  or choosing manually for such servers that is used by some users here that never been ahcked before and always online? well, sometimes such servers shown 'not connected'.. https://prnt.sc/nubavo answer me please.

It is safe.
If the server doesn't work properly, choose a different one (note that you have to untick the 'select server automatically' option for it to work).

Also, no server was 'hacked'.

Old versions of electrum had a 'vulnerability' which allowed server to show a message.
This was exploited by quite a lot malicious server to show a faked 'update message'.

Your coins never were at risk. Never download electrum from anywhere else than https://electrum.org/.
And preferably always verify the signature before installing it.

your coins are at least as long as you are keeping them in a computer that is connected to the internet (hot wallet instead of cold storage). so if you are worried then start reading about what cold storage is and how you could use it.

Electrum servers are simply full nodes that you are communicating with, the only thing they see or have access to is what you send them. and what you are sending them is your addresses so that you could get your latest transaction history and also your local block height so that you could receive the latest block headers. so there is no difference in selecting any of them, they all see the same and can do the same thing (like storing your history and linking your addresses together).
