I would say its support on the site because if you cant reach someone to talk to when you are having a problem with the site your using whether it be deposits to withdrawals then it would be all for nothing. Because from the many posts I have seen in the gambling section there are alot from mad customers about not receiving an answer to their issues on a particular site they are using.
