A free-play option or at least a demo feature is an absolute must in my opinion. Alternatively, they should have a faucet and a low minimum bet limit that will allow players to test the platform without risking any of their own money.

Any platform lacking these features is obviously not confident in its own appeal, and should therefore be avoided. Customer retention starts with allowing them to leave if they find a superior alternative.

Based on my own experience, faucet or free money does exist in crypto gambling industry only. Well, the most important thing is the trust of the site. If the site is not trusted and reputed, then even if they good customer support, many games and coins support, it really doesn't matter. There are many gambling sites which have survived without faucet but I don't think it is of that importance since the main purpose is to let new gamblers to try the site with small balance for free. You nailed bro. Stating withdrawal limit is one thing sites needs to put clear. I noticed h is missing on so many sites even the so called reputable sites. I had an issue some time back with one of my favorite sites and it was because of this withdrawal limit.
