Is there any alternatives to erc20 tokens?
That have a very low or no transaction cost on another blockchain?

We are thinking mainly for the use case of tokenizing services.

Tron and eos are the main competitors for ethereum.

The problem is that you may create a token for that plataforms and the plataform suddenly may be gone. Ethereum is far more stable in my opinion

Also, ethereum costs are very low.

No transaction cost will be a problem , as the plataform would be vulnerable to ddos attacks. Iota is trying something like that but there is no tokenization

Waves has also a platform but it's not very famous.
I don't know exactly, but Stellar is also supporting a similar usecase.

Finally I would decide for ETH as platform for tokenizing services. It's far best one, working well and offering an interface easy to use.

apart from those mentioned above there are several alternative erc20 tokens such as neo, bts. but in my opinion waves and eos do have very low transaction costs

I've heard that Nano is free if you want to send transaction to anyone, everywhere. And I've been seeing projects that are using their platform so I think you may consider them and please do more research before deciding.

Waves is a crap one and i will never try to give the recommendation to use waves because it's very complicated platform and full with crap coins.

OP you can try to take a look at stellar asset and this may help you because this will charge you small fees for tokenization and send any transaction in the network. ETH has made to be a friendly user platform.

What cost did you mean ? If it is the cost of token creation, then waves coin is better than ethereum.
In waves network, you can create new token just costing about 1 waves. But waves tokens are not too popular yet.

So far, nothing can beat the Ethereum platform for this purpose and that is why many projects are using it and more can be coming as days goes on. There are, of course, competitors like TRON which is also attracting new players into its platform. Wave is another alternative though admittedly it is not gaining much traction on the marketplace. There can be shifting dynamics here though it is still Ethereum that is leading the way and it can take time for its main competitors to catch up.

yep, actually bitcoin is more way cheaper than any other cryptocurrency since people use bitcoin only for trade not using it to trade with people. but ethereum is more faster than bitcoin.

trc10 or trc20 can be good choice in case you don't want to use erc20, some other mates have mentioned EOS, I don't have. any idea about it but TRON based token can be a good solution.

Well there are many platform out there that allows tokenization on their blockchain, you can start out by checking waves platform, though I don't really like making use of waves platform for tokenization because it is not so popular and a lot of persons might not participate if you are trying on conducting an ICO, you can also check out the EOS blockchain, it is also a very good one and you might like to make use of it.

There are a lot of coins with a blockchain and the ability to create your tokens: Neo, Nem, Stellar, Waves.

Of course, there are many tokens working on another standard, but not all tokens have the same speed in the network as in erc-20, of course, I agree that the commission is greater, but the transaction rate is much faster than in other networks. And of course there are many competitors.

I think Ethereum is the best to use, because is easy to use and have not so high fee when sending, but you can try others and read who works better for what you need.

You may want to try binance chain, its new though but I learn it is very fast and I can see that some ecr20 projects are already migrating to this chain, and I think it is even cheaper than ethereum for developers.

I have heard of EOS but I don’t think people really accept their technology for blockchain solution, but the one I have really heard of a positive review on is that of binance, which I don’t doubt since we already know how effective and perfect binance has always been in any project they handle, but I learnt that ETH is already coming up with an upgrade which may have solution to this their slow transaction.

I agree with you too. I do not use, I try not to use any other token formats. Well, there are interesting coins on the TRX blockchain. but there is only few

Stellar is not better with a malicious consensus system and I can't imagine how a company should give the benefit for stellar instead of ETH.

ETH has made to be a friendly user platform.
+1
ETH is a good decision. I hope OP will chose it. I'm very curious why OP don't want ERC20, it's far the best on the market.

I think NEO has very low transactions cost. I have transfered some NEP-5 tokens and did not pay a fee at all. Moreover, I have heard that EOS does not require a lot for their token transactions and well as QTUM.

yeah you right and it's likely to have zero transaction fee if you use NEO.
Maybe stellar can be another alternative because of the transaction fees on stellar around 0.0001 xlm

I have heard about multi-native tokens on QuarkChain sharding blockchain. When you create token here, you can pay a gas with this token, not with the main one.  Smiley
