You are correct into this matter yet because everything do really starts from scratch and even those top tier exchangers as of this moment have experience the same thing.
It isn't really bad to try up some new exchange but since the market of exchangers is somewhat saturated this is why it do makes the competition really very hard for starters.
If we do able to see some innovative thing then it might be considered later on.

almost every new exchanger has such difficult rules not like the old exchanger that already has a large volume I personally will skip the exchange if the rules  are difficult just to trade

For all those who are on exchange, trading volumetry is 0%. That means to me, if I put my coin deposit, I can not do anything. And this option with sending to my bank account does not help me either

I think this new exchange are limited offer of coins, as i look the list of coins in the exchange dashboard i never seen BNB/BTC market price. Totally the performance of this site are good and functioning.
