We can't actually pinpoint what's the "exact" reason behind the current strong demand that leads to a price increase. There are lots honestly that we can consider as reasonable factors.

You can refer to some crypto news portal around and take those recent news as reference. Don't want to link some as it was easy to search. From there, you can speculate what could be the reason for this price increase movement.

An early Christmas gift maybe? BTC is doing good now and I see a good movements in cryptomarket though specific reason is still unknown. The pump of bticoin usually made of a good news or just a small up and then dump later on. We are waiting for a bull run and now is the best time to confirm the bull run, I'm satisfied on what's going on with BTC right now and I hope that it will continue to give love to us and a big profit.

I don't know, I think we should look for reasons back in April when it all started. For one, Bitcoin was not supposed to fall below $6k in the first place, so a correction was expected to happen. Prior to Bitcoin starting to go up, there was some time when the trading volume was building up. The price did not change much, but it was clear something was going on. Eventually, people did what usually happens when there's a lot of trading going on: they started making deals at higher prices. When the positive movement started, others had FOMO and decided to join as well. And after all, Bitcoin was expected to recover.

No logical reason? Seriously? Do you even bother to read the news regularly? A string of positive news like Bakkt team providing an update, Fidelity helping institutional investors enter the market, more and more companies like Starbucks etc adopting BTC, the US-China trade war etc are sufficient reasons to justify the rise.

More and more positive news continues to pour in with time which is why this is not some kind of inorganic surge which could erupt at any moment. BTC will probably continue rising for the rest of the year and might touch $13k by the end of the year. Also, negative news like the Binance hack did not faze it too much proving how resilient it has become with time.

your expectation also possible at anytime because anything will happen in crypto market. But if you have good knowledge in trading your never worried at anytime because peoples are continuously participate in Bitcoin trading so surely it will raise in future. Agree, it's the investors and traders who's keep bringing the value to rise, speculations over another keeps creating this rise, if you will follow the trends
there's no real news that can bring this hyped, only buyers and holders are making it possible and thanks to them we are now getting more positive growth

Bitcoin has said to repeat its history and I think the same thing is just happening. The same thing happened last 2017 so I believe that the same case could happen this year. Btc is increasing and people are hoping for a better value. This year could be a year of Btc.
