I wanna buy some BTCC loaded coins, what are the best options for me go for? What coins carry the cheapest premium

He is pricing them at 0.16 btc per coin.
If I made offering 0.14 btc for one do you think I would get it?
That is still a 60% premium that seems huge to me.
I cannot find any recent sales of the btcc poker chips but since the little ones look to carry a ridiculous premium it is safe to say the larger [edit] loaded [edit] ones do too?
