According to the registration files, the founder of Bitforex is Luo Xinyao, a Hong Kong businessman. However, there is no clear information available which confirms the identity of Mr. Xinyao and his background. For such an exchange it is a clear indicator that the Bitforex exchange engages in underhanded practices which are a detriment to the entire crypto industry. Team transparency is one of the biggest problems in the cryptocurrency industry and was a major issue during the ICO rush of 2017. The fact that exchanges are continuing to do this is a problem which the wider crypto community must deal with immediately!
