with each option being about the same cost right now at roughly $630

whats the better option?

Ant for the win!

Seriously, altcoin, including LTC, markets are down in the dumps right now and will stay there for a long time to come. You have to be a fool to waste your money on Gridseed nonsense.

A better option is to wait for Antminer S2 in a couple of weeks.

Actually true.. roi on gs is just shrinking day by day as more of them are getting delivered to public.. I am not buying them at mark up prices thats for sure.. regarding ltc going to dumps thats true once asics take over its up to pumpers to decide if they can absorb humongous amount of scrypt coins.. Grin

surely you know your S1 cannot compete with other 1TH miners delivering in Apr, May?

yeah now that S2 is news is released the S1 looks grim to say the least
