You don't necessarily have to offer the whole prize for points but at least 25% would be enough because the final for the person with most points would still be pretty big.

Also I think it would be a good idea to offer points in case the ticket you place is a winner. For example you could offer 1 point for every 0.001 won or offer extra points when you reach a certain amount of bitcoin won.
