I had a few transactions sent via GoURL to my Electrum external address but nothing arrived in the wallet. This is new but I've verified that the address used in GoURL is the same as the receiving address on the receive tab of Electrum.

The transaction shows that it was successfully received in the Blockchain report.

I've used Electrum before to sent and receive btc but I'm not very familiar with it. It's currently connected to one node if I click on the network icon, but it says "not-connected in the lower left.

Any ideas where the coins went or how to get access to them?

Thanks

Which version of Electrum are you using?

Versions older than < 3.3 don’t synchronize anymore. If you’re outdated, download the latest version of the wallet on Electrum.org and try again.

If you are running the older version and need to download the newer version of Electrum make sure you ONLY go to https://electrum.org/
Don't google it. Don't Bing it. Don't Yahoo it. Just go to https://electrum.org

Don't trust any other thing or any other link, or if you are running an older version anything that pops up telling you to download a newer version from someplace else.

- If you don't use Electrum wallet regularly, make sure that you are using the latest version by visiting their website before sending/receiving tx:-
https://electrum.org/#download

- And if you have their latest version, learn how to verify it first before using it:-
