This was on the news this week on our local television. A man named Vito Halasan was won a 7M canadian dollars in a draw. He is already on late 50's and is currently working as a janitor and buy lottery tickets for the hope to have a better life. I dont think that this man is lucky but i consider him blessed. They say that gambling isnt the answer to poverty but this man becomes an exception knowing he deserved to won and i know its really for him.

That guy's is very lucky to have won the lottery. Though we cannot be as lucky as him, so we should refrain from being too persuasive to win. Everyone has their own fate and that janitor who won the lottery has good fate ahead of him if he uses his winnings wisely.

He is lucky, blessed and deserving he has a good intention and good hearts, the money he won will be in good hands and I'm sure he will share a blessing to unfortunate people, he knows what it feels to be less fortunate, he will be a blessing to people around him and to people who needs help.

yes, this type of blessings don't come to everyone one. I remember a guy from my city that the wife win lottery that gives both the husband jobs in the USA with two bedroom apartment! The guy was from a humble background and hardly find it very difficult to feed his family and take care of his aging mother but today both his family and the aging mother are now living in the USA and that is the same type of luck that the janitor got. However, we must take risks no matter how little it is to be lucky.

A good example? In what way? That we need to be a janitor in order to win in a lottery? As far as i know, a janitor's salary would hardly makeup to make ends meet if they have a family to support. Having an amount to spare for gambling everyday would already be a big chunk that could've been used for more important expenses. Hardwork makes a person succeed. Getting inspiration from a lucky gambler could lead to all sorts of problem since it's something that doesn't have any assurances.

For anyone that bought Bitcoins and early successful tokens or altcoins it was a lot like a lottery. Maybe investing in cryptos had a higher potential than traditional lottery where the bias is always that the ticket buyer would lose their 'investment' with a certain degree of surity.

I know a guy who was an article writer when he heard about the 'bitcoin revolution'.. this was back in 2012.. he is still an article writer and he still can't pay bills or take care of his family properly. He struck it big sometime between now and then and then he lost it all. Some people are just born with luck. This guy I am talking about and  most of humanity, we're born to be stuck in whatever menial life job that we are doing. Not everyone can have that underdog story of going from rags to riches.

I think there was no celestial involvement to particularly pick this man (even if he deserved it) or any other higher order but rather pure chance and he just got what we call "lucky". I suppose after buying lottery tickets for what was a few decades ago a lifetime by the odds are relatively probably that  you'd end up getting something in return. In his case, he just got damn lucky and good for him. Though, I do not think this is an example people should use as the outcome is very probabilistic.

It is actually the main reason why most of the lottery bettors are from the lowest department of the society. You are right tho that some of this people have succeeded by being wise in making decisions for their life but others didn't or is not capable of doing it.

That is just how destiny works if it's your time then its your time, I also think this guy was having a lot of good deeds in his life to deserve this kind of blessings.

The universe does not care about you or anyone else and him winning the lottery is sheer luck and I'd consider him very lucky over anything else especially considering the odds of him winning were probably astronomical, but its still just random and the luck of the draw at the end of the day. If he got cancer and died the same year would you also say that was the universe at work? Nope. Sometimes good things happen to you and sometimes bad but we mostly have no control over that. Sometimes you can make your own luck and this guy did by buying tickets but lets not forget all the other good people who are doing this and never win anything substantial if anything at all.
