If regulation is implemented that could help the crypto being popular in the world, in many investors who are planning to inter the crypto world and most of the project are being monitored if they are scam that could harm the investment of the investors.

I agree to this. If we are planning to be part of Crypto world as long term investment and career as well then this is one of the way to spread the good news. Regulation is a good thing. It may not be perfect for the first run but eventually, all things will be on the right track afterwards.

It's possible to apply for upcoming STOs and IEOs. I don't think that regulation should be still applied with ICOs because it's starting to loose in the market and people's attention are being drag to the two new investment styles that I've mentioned.

In the future there will be new ways of collecting funds and regulation should be extended to all such instruments. without regulation chaos will continue

Yes, it's possible all of the time when these kind of investments on the crypto world will start to dry out there will be a new idea that will emerge that will the drive the investors crazy. And by that time, everyone will be interested again and this is just a kind of cycle that goes on.

Of course if the government chose not to adopt cryptocurrency, then we cannot expect rules and regulations for crypto. As you know crypto is new emerging industry and more countries and institutions are adopting crypto, this is time taking and when most of counties and institution will adopt it than i hope regulations will be made for all things.

I do believe with regulation, investor confident will increase. Trust in investment market is important thing and with government regulation, investor will more relax when make investment. Government should regulating crypto market because its about their citizen investment

i don't think there are many governments in every country that have regulations for the crypto market for various reasons, with the government not being concerned about this, we should be more careful and aware of the investments we make. but as long as the responsibility can be done by the developer then i think it will be fine, therefore we don't need to gamble on every investment we make and make your investment only for the most popular coins and always use reputable wallets and exchanges, with so you are not easy to lose money in this case

At the moment there is kind of flood of scam projects and exchanges and wallets hacking news. All these situations are creating nothing but loss of investor's money. For not having regulations, there is no authority to check the upcoming projects legit. With regulations not only investors’ confidence will increase in crypto market but will definitely attract new investors which will help increasing the entire market capitalization.
What are your thoughts on regulation topic and when to do think its possible to apply? will there be any negative effects to the market as well?

Cryptocurrency market cap value growing very fast and growing more bigger. Now, the market cap value already sitting around $250 billion and its huge money. It should be regulated by government because its government responsible to protect their citizen investment

I have always stated clearly that regulation is needed in the cryptocurrency community to tackle many mischievous acts. We can't keep dealing with exchanges being hacked and investors money gone into the thin air and nothing is done about that. Many of this exchanges use this as a me medium to steal from the users and claim it's hacked and go Scot free

well, some changes are definitely needed. This chaos is not good for the development of crypto and is mostly working in favour of the scammers...
Regulations, especially around exchanges, are highly needed...
But people also need to stop going blind with the "quick profit" and do some research before investing...
we can't just expect that a "daddy SEC" keeps everyone safe

We def need some regulations esp if we know there will always be bad actors. I really respect cyber security firms like Ciphertrace and identitymind which are working with exchanges on their compliance and any suspicious movements of money. at least it's a start

I think cryptocurrency rules don't need to be implemented even though lately there have been many fraudulent projects that are scattered everywhere so they can harm many people. if the cryptocurrency regulation can be applied then there will be no more freedom in it and of course there will be authority that can regulate it so that the effects that will occur later there will be certain limits that they will make

My opini, faster the better, so that negative market sentiment can be reduced and than investors' interests grow also can make increase the value of market capitalization.

Am in total support of the OP title. it's getting to a point where cryptocurrency needs a bit of regulations to try to solve some of its Scams and fraudulent activities. The freedom at these bad eggs disposal is affecting the crypto world negatively

Have never been out-rightly against crpto regulations especially with ICO, seeing the gravity of scam in the space and no means of punishing the perpetrators. Some project last year used the excuse of the prevailing market to mismanage fund and postpone  most processes on their roadmap

I believe regulation will be orderliness to crypto space. There are lot of hungry devs in the space that do raise funds and disappear some days after ICO. A lot of investors keep loosing lots of money to scammers. Regulation will bring trust of ICO and IEO project and more investors will be willing to invest.
