The user howardfung is a fake translator/stealing the works of others

I was browsing the bounty section and came across this thread:

I checked the spreadsheet and noticed an unfamiliar name who was accepted as the Croatian translator.

If you check his profile he is posting in the Chinese local forum and doesn't have any threads in the Croatian. He is not Croatian or from any other neighbouring country!

From the spreadsheet I posted above you can see that he claims that this is his portfolio:

I took a look at a couple of projects from his portfolio and he didn't do any of them.

1. DNAtix

This project was translated by the user baxxx on bountyhive. Bounyhive appoints translators to translate all documents (ANN, Bounty, WP...etc). That is a requirement.

I didnt check the rest of the projects he claims to have translated and I dont think there is any need to do it. He is a cheater which you can see from the proof in this thread.

I've checked your report and tagged howardfung for passing translated whitepapers from someone else as his own experience. Many thanks for your report. If you want you can leave him a negative feeback, too and report it to the bounty managers if they haven't sent the tokens yet. 

In addition, his account seems to be stolen / hacked / sold, he has a post gap of almost 5 years and his previous posts are written in chinese, now he applies for Croation translations with work of someone else: http://archive.is/EzV8B

Anyway, you should kick him out. He's clearly trying to cheat in your campaign. I just sent him a red trust, repeating what nutildah and 1miau did.

That's straight-up plagiarism, for what looks like scamming purposes. Surprised the plagiabot didn't catch him yet. Normally I wouldn't encourage somebody be banned for 4+ years-old plagiarism but I'm making a special exception for this guy.

That's another disadvantage if someone buys accounts and a nice punishment for doing such shady deals. 
His account is worthless anyway.
