How is that regulated? To transfer ownership you have to have evidence that you bought house that has to be confirmed by tax office. Do you have experience with that?

Yeah, you right. In Kazakstan crypto not regulated, but we can made a two part deal for example. One  piece of money we can spend oficcially for dollars under the contract of sale, other piece for crypto.
And I'm sure there are other ways. Actually I think you know more than I and you tell me how it is possible.

I think it is grey zone everywhere. I guess real estate for crypto can be sold only in countries where tax office isn't very strict.
