Yup! Bitcoin isn't doing anything, it's just the US dollar that's about to lose or gain a bit more of its non-existent value. 

I remember having seen an old video clip from 2013 where some legacy bobos just couldn't wrap their head around how 1 Bitcoin could be worth more than a single US dollar. It must have been a tough decade for naysayers looking at how their predictions were trashed by Bitcoin, while the worst part is that they are missing out on these gains themselves.

Even if you don't like Bitcoin, every rational thinking investor would at least allocate a certain smaller percentage to Bitcoin in order to not miss out.

I can see all the sign of macd facing up and that is a sign of big momentum and that another big explosion of pricing is about to happen. The little reversal we are seeing now is to create a support level for the next bull run. The wise investors are going to take the opportunity of bitcoin falling to $8218 today to buy at the best price. I have being trying to convince some of my friends to buy at this right time that it is a bit low again.

Of course such price $30k to $50k is possible but within 1-2months you said, I disagree. It's near as too good to be true. Considering from where we are right now, testing and showing resistance in every barrier we broke. Maybe price has the ability to get up $1k in an hour but I don't think we might reach that price in such time frame. Too high.

The last time we had a severe dump (as in double digit percentage in a few hours) everything was wiped out within the next day, and we achieved another 2019 high. Of course, today (yesterday) was a little funny, finally breached 9k and then that sell off happened.

But yeah, still spending/buying what I need. Still keeping as much as possible. Today's price, yesterday's price, tomorrow's, all the same for me until the day arrives for me to stop and smell my coffee.

Bitcoin already up pretty high, usually I don't do speculation based on the history, I prefer to see tge adoption rate, how well the market performance and the investors enthusiasm, the indicators are showing positive movement so it's not wrong to predict the price going to go up

I see the chance for bitcoin price to go up from that chart and I hope that we will see it's happening soon. Maybe in the next month, the price can increase higher and fly higher up to $10,000 because that will be possible to see the price to reach that price. But we need to always careful because the correction for the price will always come after the price reach the very highest price like we saw yesterday. As of 30-50k, I don´t see any volume. Its just pump, wait a few days, dump or pump again and see how the market reacts. I think just some big players trying to manipulate things.

I've been knowing bitcoin since 2015 ago and at least I was through many phases to see its movement price such as I have experienced to saw that bitcoin price went up around $1200 in an hour and otherwise I have felt when bitcoin price decreased around $1000 and more just in an hour. However, when its price always continue to fall I always have a fear that bitcoin will never touch a high price again.

But it is just a feared although I can't understand it sometimes and never had a strategy to buy again just focus on recover my investment after its price continue to down. Whilst, that is the time for us to buy bitcoin as much as possible because its prices will goes to high in few hours. But eventually, bitcoin give another answer to me because my fear is not relevan to my predict. This is who make I believe bitcoin 100% and I never through the situation to not buy it, I'll buy although with the little amount of money.

I think will really go higher and who will have a bitcoin and hold for 2,3 years will get a good profit and will fell good that hold for so long. But until then we need to watch and see if the price will grow or drop and when is the best to time to buy.

I'm talking about dollar cost averaging, not buying in big. I have done my main buying part below $4000 already, but it sucks dollar cost averaging at these prices. I want the most out of my fiat, not less.

Who is Lucius? Every random forum member is just guessing. It could go to $20k or plummet back to $6000 in the coming months. No one expected the price to touch $9000 so soon.

Before the pump people thought that 2019 would be a slow year and $5000 before the end of the year would be a great price, but we have been generously rewarded. This market is full of surprises.

I consider any prediction or analysis just another opinion to consider among many others. I quoted Lucius because I echo his opinion but wasn't fully agree with. This will be a reality if we break the previous ATH first. I know the market will favor btc over time but we shouldnt be so excited about this. Lots of prediction and speculations arises that even mcafee prediction by 2020 will happened. But better to watch the line blink and see from there.

Let's have chillin moment while price remained sustainable in the next few days to move close to the better price. So right now all we need to develop is courage in facing such challenges onwards. not much volume was exchanged at $20k compared to the last 17 months of trading. they aren't a significant factor anymore. any buyers near the 2017 top either sold a long time ago or have no intention of selling at a loss.

i do think there's still resistance from 2018 buyers---those who bought into the february, april, and july rallies. i think they will help facilitate some sizeable pullbacks to this rally.

Interesting how btc was going down yesterday after it finally reached to 9000 dollars, but the market is already green again. It means we have already had the correction and bitcoin is still showing a great potential to keep on this rising trend.
Now I think the bull run has come to stay. Although to think it's going to 50k dollars soon is just daydream.

I think my brain is finding it difficult to breakdown and interpret what you are trying to say here, but if I am to use my idea, you are saying BTC will head to $30k to 50K in the next two months? If that is so, you must be a joker and your comedy is not funny at all because you are unreal.

The biggest analyst who is an expert in analysis coins will know that this vision of yours is a blind one. Bitcoin can never get to that value in the next 2 months. I don’t see any news anywhere that will cause that big increase or create FOMO, before we even get to see $25k, you would have also sell your coin too, but I know in future bitcoin will increase to that permanently and even record its all-time low on that one day, but that will not be in years to come.

I never wrote that bitcoin could be worth $30k in next 2 months, this is OP assumption, all I wrote is this :

I think we are not at the same place, we are going to have a big run that is basically longer version but at higher prices.

Meaning bitcoin once reached 20k but one month before 20k it was 3-5k and one month after it was 8k or whatever. Which means bitcoin didn't stay high for too long. This time we may reach 20 thousand dollars but we are going to have a longer road there and a long road afterwards and then we will have a long road down if we go down, we are not going to just go up and down in a month and call it a day.

Even compared to previous peak we are already too late to hit the all time high when pace is compared, which means we are still doing fine but without pace. Let's wait and see what will happen, I am sure it will be 30k+ one day soon but I really think it will be by end of the summer.

No one who cares about bitcoin would not have anything against $30k or even more in next 1-2 months, but I personally think that comparison of 2019 with 2017 is wrong, the circumstances were quite different at that time. Then we had a slow growth from $1000 to some $7000 over a period of almost 11 months, and then big pump to $20k in less then a month.

Now we have 100% growth in last 2 month, and although bitcoin is pretty unpredictable I do not see how and why the price should increase at least 4 times in the next 2 months? I think that the price will remain below $10k for a while, but who can bet on anything when it comes to bitcoin.

We all want to create positive news about bitcoin, but when we create one, it should even be the one that will motivate people into acting and not the one that people and even believers of bitcoin knows that it will be impossible, which they will just simply ignore.

The highest I agree bitcoin can increase to on or before the end of December will be $10k, history doesn’t have to repeat itself, and like you said, the last surge happened when people were quite still new to BTC market, and we had lots of new investors, but now, you can compared the number of investors we got, especially during the ICO time to what we have now.
