the word "crypto" doesn't mean "bitcoin"! the real meaning of it is a short form for "cryptography" and is sometimes around bitcoin forums used as short form for "cryptocurrency" but what you are using it for is as "bitcoin" which is false!

I agree that this coming months will bring the best of cryptocurrency bullrun especially bitcoin. The 2017 bullrun ended the price of bitcoin tumbling down to its lowest level followed by bearish market that lasted until december last year. The bullrun this year might be different because aside from possible new all-time high, the price might continue to go up next year unless some unforeseen events that willpossibly affect the price uptrend may happen.

The market movements are supported by events that more adoptions are happening inside, if this will continue and many more businesses that will begin to join in and make their stands supporting this new way for payment transactions it will anticipated that big bull run will pushed the value to much higher price and create a new high.

Actually it’s kind of good that we started to see these type of hopeful topics about the future of the crypto market. Sharing your opinion like that seems a bit speculative, that’s right. But you’re not alone and many people think the same way.

I was wondering whether there are any people who were buy bitcoin at $18k but still hold and not cut loss when the price better than now but compare to bitcoin situations over than a year ago then i think indeed this month is pretty much better and the caused is bitcoin can surpass $10k peak but as uptrend still not stopped yet i think possibly next month too bitcoin price will rise up although today there was corrections price but i think soon the rally will continue again

Your speculation are starting to become reality. But what do you mean "crypto at 18k"? I think what you are talking about is Bitcoin. Crypto is general and does not mean Bitcoin only, there are other cryptos out there like ETH, TRX, etc..

Bitcoin is doing great but many altcoins are dying and most ICO investors are in a terrible position right now.  Even the 2nd ranked crypto is doing terrible compared to last year when it was around $800 in may.

OP Your point is valid as I see late comers who joined in early this year to be enjoying the benefits of using cryptocurrencies as its grown 200-300% of what it was in this time frame.

But unfortunately not everyone is celebrating, it's still a bad time for those that joined in when it was at its all time high and speculation of bitcoin hitting $50k or more was high and people went on to the extent of selling their houses, getting huge loans only for the price to crash, I guess these atm investors are now just looking forwarded to breaking even with the current signs of hope

That's right what you say. The price of cryptos is getting better and I predict that the future of crypto currencies is getting brighter. If indeed we have capital, we should increase our investment in crypto currency. It would be better if we invite people around us to join crypto currencies and play in crypto currencies. I know some people who already recovered their loss when they bought BTC when it reached $18,000 USD last December 2017. They sold and start buying and selling until they recovered their loss. Those who hold on to their BTC that they bought at $18,000 are too lazy to stretch their brains and start investing on other coins to help them recover.

I know some people who already recovered their loss when they bought BTC when it reached $18,000 USD last December 2017. They sold and start buying and selling until they recovered their loss. Those who hold on to their BTC that they bought at $18,000 are too lazy to stretch their brains and start investing on other coins to help them recover.

It may be they are hoping for another $20k which is no guarantee that we can see it again. It is really a big mistake for them of not taking other ways to find the solution to their losses, in fact, we make some recoveries even not relying on BTC alone.
But anyway, that's their choice and we can force them to do what we want to be.

Exactly.Bitcoin is really in a positive price today but we have no guarantess that it will forever be positive so as an investor,we should not invest all our money in it and learn to diversify our investments so that if bitcoin might drop into a very low price,we will not be too depressed since our other investments are still making profits.

Easier said than done. Bought btc at 18k then it crashed down and wait until it reached 18k again. My question is, how long does they have to wait? The patience is tested much in that situation. However, if there is no choice then yeah hodl it longer. But if you think, you can't hodl it anymore maybe when they sold it at $13k and rebuy at $9k and sell it again at $12k then atleast it slowly  compensate the lose, right?

Easier said than done. Bought btc at 18k then it crashed down and wait until it reached 18k again. My question is, how long does they have to wait? The patience is tested much in that situation. However, if there is no choice then yeah hodl it longer. But if you think, you can't hodl it anymore maybe when they sold it at $13k and rebuy at $9k and sell it again at $12k then atleast it slowly  compensate the lose, right?

It is difficult to predict the market, what if the sold at $13k, and the price never decline again to give them that opportunity to buy at $9k, would they not have lost completely? I am also among the people that bought at that peak price, and I am not blaming it in anyone except myself because I should have watched the market carefully before buying then, but I guess that we all fell for fomo.

We all know that reaching that peak price is one in a particular period, now that we have fallen for that other fomo, the best is to continue afresh while still waiting for us to recover the other money back, so what I do is just to use fresh fiat to trade since the time it dropped to $4k which I bought and I must say that I have made more than what I even invested in that last bull run, while I am still waiting for that one to also grow too.
