You forgot to post a link to your flag:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=249

To me, this is the most clear-cut case for a level 3 type flag yet.

There are hundreds of users who have experienced monetary loss because of BiteBTC and you were the first to file a level 3 flag for it. Supporting this flag is supporting all users who have lost coins because of BiteBTC's dishonest practices.

Ok, thanks for reminding. I updated the entry in the first post

Also I would recommend everybody personally affected by BiteBTC to file a complaint against them with CoinMarketCap here:

https://coinmarketcap.com/request/

Provide CMC with a link to this thread and describe your own personal experience with them.

Perhaps a mass influx of requests will encourage them to take action.

CoinMarketCap to Remove Exchanges From Calculations If They Don’t Provide Mandatory Data. The exchanges now have a 45-day grace period to send the required data, while changes will come into effect on June 14, 2019, CoinMarketCap noted https://cointelegraph.com/news/coinmarketcap-to-remove-exchanges-from-calculations-if-they-dont-provide-mandatory-data
but to bitebtc  they have a special relationship, bitebtc visitors main traffic was with coinmarketcap
