There is no Bullrun since the start of this post because the current market performance is still in difficult right now. Maybe those altcoins that you have mention were pump up by their owners so that they could attract more people to invest but in general still its looks like there is no Bullish.

It's probably the bull because TRX is a major altcoin and it could be a barometer when we are going to determine the market status or movement.
From that time to now, there's a major drop from TRX price, it gives some light that time but it was not able to continue a good price as the altcoins market really struggles until now.

The first half of the year for me shows a positive sign but the 2nd half it stop and started to dump again, so I think it will be hard to see a bulls for altcoins in the market by the end of the year.

Two weeks ago it seemed like we were headed for an altcoins season with many altcoins going up in price and then the market went down at an impressive speed and since that day altcoins have not recovered, to me this was the last opportunity to see an altcoins season before the end of the year, now we need to wait and see if we have better luck during 2020 but I doubt it due to the the bitcoin halving that will occur during the next year most of the attention will be on bitcoin again.

It was a mere pump by the whales. seems like this year is not a good one of the altcoins market.
Perhaps, we should wait and see how the market would react in this fourth quarter of the year if there is nothing maybe the first quarter of 2020.

We are still waiting for an altcoin bull run to start. Every time we get some upwards movement, prices quickly pull back to previous levels. I do think we are set for a break one way or another. The longer we stay in a tight price band like this, the more likely it is that we will have a decisive breakout. The question is whether this will be downwards or upwards. It is support rather than resistance that is being tested at the moment, which suggests there is a lot of downwards pressure, which might make drops more likely than rises.

Longer-term, alts do look undervalued vs bitcoin, so I'd still anticipate an alt bull at some point - just maybe not yet.

As of now the bull run was not started yet their are lot of coins right now drop the price so much, As you can see some altcoins are not totally recover the price and need time of it be back to high price just like in the past year that we are experience some huge price increasing. And the bitcoin also drop the price of $8000 maybe it will back soon so we need to wait for now.

It seems we got our answer, the breakout happened downwards, it is still possible the price will recover a little bit but it is apparent to me the market is going down once again.

I know this is not what we wanted to hear, many where expecting for the market to finally recover so they could at least breakeven when they sold their coins, but that hope is over at least for this year and the only option for people like that is to keep holding their coins until the market finally recovers.

It is completely depend on the how the market price revolves around. If value goes down for Bitcoin obviously we can find altcoins goes down so so it is as simple as that.
So let's be ignore this.
