New CryptoStocks security BITSEED is looking for investors who have the desire for great short term returns and a smooth transition into long term dividend payouts.

We are going to do this through 2 phases.

Phase 1- Acquire 200 GridSeeds(or Better Scrypt ASIC if its out) to add 60m/hs to our current modest 2m/hs. Pay dividends to equal an ROI of 150% or around 120-125 BTC of Dividends total.

Phase 2- Share holders of BITSEED can trade in shares to our second project that will launch toward the end of BITSEED that you can trade 10-1 Shares. The new project AKA BitVestor Mutual Fund will use the mining power of BITSEED to create super dividends relevant to share price(.000001) which will cause the share price to rise creating instant capital for early BITSEED investors that had faith is us and traded over to BitVestor Mutual Fund!

Phase I

Bitvestor Mining Project is looking to raise 85 BTC to purchase 200 Units of GridSeed Scrypt ASIC miners. These 200 miners will be put online when received and begin paying out dividends weekly(Sunday). Each share will be sold at .0005 BTC (~$0.31 USD per share) at a total of 170,000 shares.

Every 21 BTC received, we will order 50 miners and put those online imediately.

During the aquisition of the first 50 we will have a 2 mh/s miner set up to pay 100% of the revenue generated as dividends until the Gridseeds are received and set-up.

After the miners are set up they will payout 80% of the profits to share holders until  we reach a total dividend payout of 125 BTC. According to our calculations we estimate it to take less than 7 Months to reach the goal.


Phase II

After the goal ROI has been reached through dividend payments the BITSEED project will  cease to pay dividends and will issue a stop trade. At this point in time our other project BitVestor Mutual Fund will except a 10 to 1 share exchange.

So if you own 10 BITSEED shares at the end you will be able to trade those for 1 share of BitVestor Mutual Fund which will have a set  amount 17000 shares reserved for this trade.

With the share  exchange offer and 150% ROI that will give you a total of 160% ROI by the end of  the BITSEED project! But thats not it, because you will recieve 10 to 1 shares  your BitVestor Mutual Fund Shares will then pay you dividends for as long as you  own them!

After the end of the BITSEED project 20% of the mining  revenue will be used to supplement dividends in the BitVestor Mutual Fund  forever.

Because BitVestor will only issue 100,000 shares at  .000001 to raise 10 BTC in the beginning share prices will rise to equal the  dividend payout as the shares will be in high demand due to the large dividends  per share!

It is absolutely crucial to exchange your shares to  BitVestor during the share exchange window as the value of even 1 BitVestor  share could soon be worth 20x the IPO price!
