Author Topic: I'm having problem with my bitfily B1+ its not hashing good  (Read 90 times)

Hi, I purchased Bitfily B1+ and it's psu about 4 weeks ago, I turned it on and I connected to the slush pool in performance mode, but it only hahsed about 16 to 18 TH/S, I switched it to efficiently mode and it's hash better around 18 to 20 TH/S, I tested all asicboost pools but all was the same and it didn't hash better for me, i think the problem is from its software but I couldn't find its software anywhere, douse any one used this miner or know what's the problem with it Huh

Their official website looks dead or the site is not accessible here in my country?
I can't find any method or guide on resetting or flashing this but check this post below.

Did you try to reset them through IP reporter or reset button under the control board near ethernet socket? It looks s9 miner that is why I suggest you try the reset procedure by holding IP/reset for 20 sec while the miner is running for 5 minutes.

If it doesn't work try to contact them.
