A warning issued by Cryptoinformers in this report https://www.cryptoinformers.info/news/151-beware-of-free-bitcoin-and-ether-earning-app-scam about free Bitcoin Earning App around the web, everyone has to be careful of any thing free in the crypto-space.

But do you think this scammers will reduce if there is regulation in cryptocurrency?
Regulation is needed now than never, bad exchanges and scammers are taking advantage of lack of regulation in the space, there is no enforcement body to curtail the autocratic behaviour of exchanges, same as scammers with a lot of freedom to steal from people.

Only the most stupid people in this market can believe in the free distribution of bitcoins. 4 years ago it was possible to earn some amount of bitcoins on cranes but not now

Oh well, you can't blame anyone who still falls for this kind of free faucets. I mean, who wouldn't like to earn free bitcoins? Honestly,  If you are familiar with freebitco.in, it is still giving away free btc with minimum payouts. If you have a huge patience, you can really earn. Aside from that, I can't still know any websites that are really legit in giving away free btcs. Just always be vigilant giving away our personal infoa to some websites to avoid being scammed.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of fraudulent projects lately that offer you to earn cryptocurrency for free and when you earn a certain amount they ask you to make a deposit to activate the account and after that you should be banned so be careful.

I used to try a "free btc" from google play store, they give us some credits..and when the credits is due we can change it with btc. Almost finish the task they give me, that takes like 1 week, but it's all in vain when I check again about this app, it's all scam all along. So there's no "free" btc, you must earn it somehow.

It has nothing to do with regulation.  There are lots of applications that are used to steal fiat currencies from people. Though the scam is localized, it happens very frequently and nothing much is done about it.
Cryptocurrency gives us more freedom to prevent this kind of scam unlike fiat

if it is regulated it seems like the scammer will disappear, but other impacts appear to airdrop and micro earning that are similar, everything will be integrated kyc and that will make people leave it especially if the reward offered is very little.

What kind of regulation do you think will reduce scammers !? Never mind, the most appropriate way to anticipate a scam is to avoid all the free ones to get coins. The right way to get coins easily and quickly is to buy them. I don't think for now to get free coins easily, because that will make everyone get rich quick.

Last year, I also encountered the same problem with fake eth mining mobile app. It was supposed to give a few points after watching adds on that app. After a certain threshold, the prize was 1 ETH. I have wasted much of time and found that its nothing but scam. The app owner just got benefited by showing the adds on the app.
Offcource, regulations will reduce or decrease the activities by scammers to a great extent. The only question is when the regulations will be applied to crypto market and what will be the negative impact from it.

Nobody, nobody, gives us the money for nothing. BTC and ETH  can be converted into cash at any time easily. Especially those ones ...

In my mind, people are always gonna be scammed and there will always be scammers.
No matter how much regulation you put up, its still gonna happen.
I mean think about it, there are still people falling for those scam emails from Africa.
If someone falls for these "get something free get rich!" type scams, I actually don't feel sorry for them.
They are either too stupid or too greedy to take care of themselves.
The reality is they are probably both.

As far as the free bitcoin apps go, just don't bother.
In fact, I would say don't bother with anything free in crypto, including bounties and airdrops.
Use your precious time to work, save money, and straight up buy and trade instead.

I agree with you. the fact that it is free is already alarming and it feels like it's just another reason to lure ordinary people into a trap.

I know for sure that there is nothing free in this world and it will not be if it gives something for free and still requires something in return for whether it is your personal data whether it is your review or something else but it is definitely not free with  forever requires some kind of information some kind of business in return is necessary and safeguarded

What else do you expect from something that is giving away "free" coins. Ethereum and Bitcoin all costs money to buy them. Do you really think they were going to give you free coins? They just use the term "free" to grab the attention of the people. And you know people. When they hear "free", they just starts drooling all over. If people are this stupid to fall for those scam, then they deserve to get scammed. At least they will learn something.
Fiat currency is regulated. But still a shit loads of scam are out there. The same case will be for crypto currencies.

I know some newbie will easily fall for this kind of scheme if they don't have any experience of scam before.
If someone really wants to earn any cryptocurrency they should have to do their own research and understand the essence of cryptocurrency.
No matter what regulations the government makes, a scammer will always find a new way to scam people.

If can be reduced by proper regulations, thanks for bringing this one out and it looks like they always have a new ways to scam people. We need to be careful always, always think ahead in terms of security and don’t believe easily.

scammers are everywhere, they are in groups like an organized team, developing various ways to fool users. the scammer action should be stop and the steps taken are to provide clear regulations to narrowing down their space. but the problem is who made the regulation because so far cryptocurrencies are independent and open to broad any development. if a rule is made who will obey it and who will give sanctions. so regulation seems useless.

Regulation will help to reduce but they will not completely eliminate because they will find a way to scam people. If they are for scamming, it's already their bread of life and they can't leave it so there must be a way for them to scam people even there's a regulation.

The punishment for such activity should be heavier so that it will put fear to them who have been doing this for a long time. And in crypto world, if there's something that is for free, don't believe it much. There might be some give aways and free eth, btc or other coins but it won't be that much it's mostly a cents give away.

Indeed, regulation will not eliminate scammers maybe it will only reduce it. But the problem is if there are regulations and punishments, then how to find these scammers while crypto is anonymous, not even anyone can trace their whereabouts.

And scammers who have pocketed millions of dollars from their victims are definitely not ordinary scammers, they must have understood what they have to do to eradicate the traces of crime, so many countries ban bitcoin because of a lot of money laundering from here, huh.

Oh is this really true? I have heard so much about some application that gives free Bitcoin but I am being careful especially when it includes KYC because many people took advantage of this for identity theft. Better safe than sorry. We should research first before we join. Beware guys.
