I am optimistic of this halving,impacting the litecoin market in big way. I also agree with you of us seeing the litecoin over $400. I always think that litecoin is undervalued and it will take this halving to push it to the real value! As one of the oldest cryptocurrency it could have been trading over $500 now but it could not do well in 2917 when other coins of it like were performed overwhelmingly. Litecoin as other altcoins depends on the price of dominant coin - Bitcoin. The expected halving in the Litecoin network will take place in 50 days but in other hand BTC halving is coming close too. In a year I doubt there will be a cheap prices in the market.
