That's so sad but you know, nobody knows who is telling the truth here so maybe you can drop some links or better still screenshots of your message in their telegram group over here for the sake of evidence. I really don't like the interface of their trading platform anyway but i don't think it's also fair to label them as scammers without any proof for the community.

This exchange site is a scam, you can't do anything with it and i have the same problem with you but i got scammed not only by that way. Latoken was making my 2FA error and i can't even log in to my account and i have some ethereum in my account and la token has already scammed me. I suggest you to avoid using this exchange. This one is a garbage exchange site.

I kept disturbing and flooding their emails with messages until they responded. So I think you should contact their support group.

This exchange site is a scam, you can't do anything with it and i have the same problem with you but i got scammed not only by that way. I honestly thought that they are credible to use as many projects are using them as launchpad. Hearing these stories, I won't bother to use it in the future. Before I like Latoken, but when I found and realize that this exchange platform is just showing some fake volume to attract investors to use their platform I said to my self this is a piece of shit. why? because most of the coins that are listing to this platform are become dead in the future. So in your case, maybe next time you need to be careful and double check your transaction before you confirm it.

I also experience the same fate as you bud where i deposited a certain token but after so many days it did not arrived on my Latoken account but i did not bother to complain as i think it is just my fault. You can move this to scam accusation section then provide evidence of your accusation so that members of this forum would be aware of your experience.

Can you share the communication between you and the support? LA token is still a big exchange and we would need some proof to expose it in front of everyone.
There have been many issues with LA tokens lately and their IEO is one of the most controversial one. They seem to take a huge fees to list without doing any research about the project at all.

I don't have enough information and experience to judge one way or another, but I'd encourage newbies to stick to larger and more reputable exchanges. The smaller exchanges seem more vulnerable to hacks and generally operate less transparently.

You should indicate here all your evidence like, links, transaction records or even images of what part you've been scammed.
I used latoken for a long time and I didn't get scam by that platform, all my activities there are smooth. All my transactions there are good.
I'm not defending them but you should contact or file a ticket on their support maybe they can help you.

If you have enough evidence to prove your accusation then post it, so that we can be aware too.

LA TOKEN maybe a scam exchange but it has also very decent trading volume as far as we compare it with the daily trading volume and also it is in the rank of top50 exchanges. I think, this exchange could be very unsafe to trade and holding of your token like the Cryptopia and Coinexchange.

Latoken is very bad exchange. My experience with them happened with a scam called URUNit.

Urunit said they raised a lot of money and listed on latoken. Later, they dumped their tokens and said they didn't raised enough money and shutting down the project. latoken delist them after this.

This is very strange in my opinion, if you did not have enough coins then the transaction should be cancelled. But it is better if you confirm your words with a screenshot, because before that LA Token was one of the exchanges that I use and I did not have any problems.

Try synchronizing your Google Authenticator by taping options on top right corner of your screen, then Settings-> Time Correction for Codes ->Sync .
This worked for me for another laggy exchange (Bitforex).

Try synchronizing your Google Authenticator by taping options on top right corner of your screen, then Settings-> Time Correction for Codes ->Sync .
This worked for me for another laggy exchange (Bitforex).

Latoken may be the home of many shitcoins but your post has not proved that it is scammy yet. If you really care for people to support you to get your tokens credited in your account, you should at least provide supporting evidence like transaction hash, screenshot of the response of the Latoken admin, and maybe your AEN wallet on the exchange. People can help you call them out.

That said, if the problem was that you sent an amount lower than the deposit amount for that token, I think it can be solved just by sending more tokens to meet up with the minimum deposit amount. You will be credited easily if they aren't going to do it from their side. If after doing this and you don't get your tokens credited, then it adds more credence to the scam tag you just gave them.

Honestly, there are lot of coins used LAtoken as their project launchpad, but almost all of them now has a zero volume to their own platform.
It is actually doom for those new token are planning to use it to their IEO. In fact, I also experienced that too then up to now I don't see any action from their support and that was around 0.57 Ethereum actually.

The exchange Admin doesn't seem to know the issue and should have escalated the issue. Atimes the telegram Admin of some exchange tends to be very difficult and that could be as a result of ignorance on their part.

many projects have done IEO on Latoken and some coins that have been registered there have a bad volume. agree LA is a bad exchange and lots of junk coins are there. I don't like many projects wanting to do an IEO there while it will affect their project reputation. maybe it's not just me but many people who don't like with this exchange.

I deposited a token 2 years ago which was tradable. Now the token is worth 100 USD but to withdraw it I have to pay 18X more. This fee equals 18 thousand dollars.

And I'll add that the token is frozen because trading was withdrawn. They are one big fucking embarrassment

Can you share screenshots of the notification that you need to pay 18x more before you can withdraw that token?

It will be a good addition to some proof out there that LaToken is not a good exchange.

I think that some of these claims should be posted in scam accusations board so more people could be aware of these bad practices.

So latoken finally revealed who they really are? Lol I used to doubt the exchange because I've used it in the past and no problem until I made a deposit on the exchange years back and I couldn't withdrawal out of the exchange, this post should be move to scam accusation thread for many to see

I have the same incident before from another exchange. They said that it will not be credited to my account because it didnt meet its minimum deposit but if you will look at the etherscan it shows my deposit is there.

Why do you people use LA Token and other small exchanges when you have all the tokens available on either binance or uniswap. There is no need to use non - popular exchanges which have no good history and reputation.
