If you make gambling as a form of living then you are bound to experience the same fate. If you only take it as a hobby to kill time then you'd be better off. I also get disappointed/frustrated sometimes after a loss but not to a point where I lose sleep thinking about it.

I become a problematic man last year when I lost some of my funds in sports gambling. At the start, I was happy to gamble on my free time or leisure time. But time goes by, it makes me stressed for each loses and my pocket started to bankrupt also. After that, I decided my last bet, either win or lose, I will stop. And boom, I stopped. Lesson learned, It's always started on our self how we can control our emotion and we are still the one can stop what is too much.

Gambling is not designed to make you happy but it is created as a source of entertainment.Casino owners take profit from people's greediness and they make a lot of money from this business.It is only the person responsibility to take care of himself and not become addicted.Nowadays gambling is making people more frustrated than happy.

I didn't get depressed before and even in the near future, nope. I'm a strong person. Of course I feel mad or frustrated if i'm lossing but after that I think positive again. As long as you accept defeat, you won't get depressed. The bad experience turn me into a better version of myself. I made it as an inspiration, realize all the mistakes, staying calm, and always positive. Those people who get depressed are those person who can't accept defeat or can't afford what they have lose.

Many people faces the same frustration upon losing in gambling. People who come in gambling have high hopes to win in gambling. They have dreams to become rich with no efforts and less time. You can't imagine the feeling when people lose big amount in gambling and their dream is shattered.

This is the result of addiction, and playing too much on gambling. Frustration to lose is ok, but never ever to feel depression which is too bad. Luckily, I’m free from this suffering i wish not to end up like this.

Its really hard quitting if your on that situation where you are alreasy on your final stage of addiction. Gambling addicts usually comes back to casino to recover their losses on the previous game but end up more frustrated right after they lose again and came back more angry than wanting to be entertained. Change should be on the person itself. If still he has no controls, even psychologists , psychiatrist and any related wouldnt make them stop.

Never believe the other own accidental problems we faced on the gambling platform. We are looking for the good gambling experience means we need to be careful while we are investing on any form games. Our skills need to improved if you want to gamble all the time.

OP, from that pic i can say if he is tired and want to sleep. 

If he is depressed because of gambling, he already addicted with gambling and sooner or later he will lose more if he doesn't stop it or at least try to manage his bankroll. Everyone has said, gamble with what you can afford to lose.

Yes, when i won quite lot of money but i lose it all with all my bankroll because i want more.

Yes gambling can cause of frustration and depression if you lose a big money and can not get back the losing money.
But gambling can gives you fun and entertainment if you will just use this in a right way.
Never bet for a big money so you will not be able to lose such a big money.

Achieving success in gambling is like illusion,it look like happens but we never able to make money than what we are losing.

People are suffering when they are losing more money they can afford but still they believes that they can chase it and won them back.

It will be very difficult when gambling is the main thing of all things and is said to be an economic responsibility or something related to income starts to be considered hard when getting a bad situation like losing when he wants a victory to get more money, not too seriously to be a reliable player and also do not make gambling a good thing in life.

First of all, doing gambling is not a thing to make people happy. That's wrong thinking and I don't believe in "gambling for fun" purposes.

You gamble to expect something in return. If you gambled just to have some fun then you are on the wrong path. You just literally throwing out some money.

"Depression" is a big word. No way just because of gambling people turned out like that. There are lots of factors that surely involved that triggers depression. And those factors happen on that person prior when doing gambling.

There's no such thing as an instant profit in the world of gambling.

Professional gamblers also lose a lot before they reached their status today. In here, they learned how to battle those problems why they didn't achieve their goal.  It takes time indeed before they become used to it.

I agree, if you only do it to kill time and only use your spare money then you shouldn't feel so much disappointment or frustration unlike those who make gambling for a living, it frustrates them because they gamble their hard earned money to have it doubled or more but instead lose and with that frustration they try to bet again in the hope they will recover them but some still lose which is even more frustrating, so I don't really think its good to do gambling for a living.

I think that's the part that worsens the situation most of the times (as I experienced). Most of the times if you lose you will keep on depositing just to recover those losses and achieve that goal amount. This makes the road longer and high chances of losing amount slowly and slowly.

Best is to draw a boundary and play with only certain amount and accept it as unlucky day if you lose.

Well, I believe in what a successful person always tell "when you lose change your ways but when you won don't change your way". So, if gambling make you depressed and you never become happy now because of it then quit it, dont allow your self being prisoner of it. Change your lifestyl and change your ways you will soon encounter your luck again and finally encounter your own strategy to become successful. Gambling is just for fun but seems like other people make it as the part of their lives already as if they can't live without it, it ends up frustration and depress.
