That's why you need to know your limit. Don't force yourself when it turns to lose more, stop it and think that the luck may not come today. Even if you want to get your goal with all efforts, but you should think realistically. Play gambling with no strategies and just relies on emotion, surely lead you to big losses.

Yes. Gambling requires a lot of self discipline and limits. If you keep on gambling with greediness, you will only make your life even miserable because you will never make huge profits in gambling but only loses. As much as you can, gamble only with your extra money so that if you lose, you won't be very disappointed.

But the problem is many of us don't have self-discipline, don't know how to make a limit, thinking that if they spend more money, they will have more chance to win. That could be the wrong perception because no one will know when the luck will come and never use more money to chase the win money or to recover the losses because that will be difficult to get.

Gambling will make you look like that for sure as long as you are playing and relying on it as a source of income. Trust me, there are people who rely on gambling as a their source of income, they see it as something that can replace their jobs and they put everything in it and when they are disappointed, they start to feel depressed and regret. Well, I do know that it is not easy though, but everyone really has to be careful.

Don't rely on gambling and see it as a source of income, rather just see it like you are having fun with it and nothing else. Then have a job you're doing and don't spend too much gambling since it is not something that requires skills to win, it's not like trading, it's different. Learn to have control over it and not letting your greedy desire take over your self control, always know when to stop.

Frustration and depression come mostly when we make gambling as the main way to get money and we play beyond our limits. I experienced such feeling too in the past just before I realized that gambling could lead me into the hard situation if I keep playing and obey my greed.

That is what a poor mindset does. A person having a poor mindset will always think of a way that he or she can do to make easy bucks.
Therefore it will always be a matter of decision making. Tho, by this depression there are also some who can overcome the said situation and will go back more prepaired , much wiser and careful.

There's easy money only if you are able to utilize the opportunity. Basically, gambling has so many opportunity that exist for a gambler, if they can strictly obey the rules that govern the game. Life is all about risk and those who survive are those who take risk, those who are able to take the said risk will accuse the successful ones. Greediness on the part of the gamblers make them loose more when gambling and not that there's no free money.

Moderation is sometimes not the thing for anything to be healthy. Sometimes avoidance is better and learning from the others.

If the gambler has started to get frustrated cause "money" is better to stop if its not then the downturn that will happen to him, I'm often frustrated cause lose play but is not losing cause "money". I think lose is a form of fall and I have to get up but I'm rarely frustrated with money cause it is normal in gambling.

You get frustrated because you don't know of what you are doing. You feel depression cause it is normal to any person and losing will be a big issue especially when you think that you can double your money and you can bring food to your family.
This is how gambling works and you can't have any assurance of winning which you must think it before gambling.

I agree there's no assurance with gambling, and what I can see here is that people still played betting games just for fun. The fun behind them was in reverse with how they really strategize their fun around betting. Some tend to have bad days and maybe lucky if they've got some winning moments. Most of the time frustrations will come specially when you're frustrated to win, because every gambler expects a winning legacy which still remains a big fantasy after all.

You understand perfectly. Frustration is not always because of loses, sometimes it just depends on how the game is being played. I feel those who play for money get more frustrated when they lose but for people like me who play for entertainment, I could get so frustrated when the game is boring and not as interesting as it is expected to be.

There are just days that I feel so tensed and all I need to retrieve my stress is just to play games and have some wins, and I would definitely get so frustrated if I encounter some challenges while playing, alongside losing, the only way to feel relieved at such times is to find intriguing games and have some wins.

By that being said. It doesn't mean that when you win in gambling you are not putting such efforts because it isn't there are some strategies that is behind the certain luck evidence that you have provided.

Therefore it is very subjective tho, easy money really do work on gambling for a very very low percentage and if you are going to depend on your luck just because you have saw someone got it then you will surely be one of the Gambling "easy money" scheme just like the others and just like the Bitcoin "Easy Money" ideology.

There was a time when I was a noob and I got addicted to gambling. All I can say is gambling can cause anxiety, depression and a lot of other bad issues but I got nothing of those. of course, I thought about many evil plans with building a casino and all(like everyone else) but then after some loss and recovery, I got it off from me. I got clean and never took gambling as like those old days. all I can say now is gambling is just a stupid game and play it just to enjoy and not to make money. by the way, I still make a good amount of profit from casinos maybe it is some luck and some stratgy but still do not get addicted to this stupid game.

It's depends on the intensity you go to gambling place or open gambling in online. If you do gambling for three or four times in a week and you do so regularly in the following week, I am sure you have become an addict. Then you have to be really careful to see the money you have, save your money well and avoid an access to the place where you save the money when you are doing gambling. If your are not, you will experience the same thing where your savings money are lost just because of a lust that you can't control. Had better, you have to had a good management money, I mean you have to determine when to stop when you experience a defeat and also you have to stop when your predict for some of the bets you are doing giving you a profit.

How he couldn't realize it and make a way to escape from being locked with such addiction.
Thus, this frustration can't be resolved and even get worst once you've failed again to win in gambling. To have self-control will seem to be effortless if you still be in addiction just because of the greediness inside, that could bring you into a disastrous life.
