Looking for private investors for our project, we don't want to run an ICO!

We have built a  fully functional platform which took us 6 Months to build and test (BeTA). We have options to run ICO but we  would prefer only private investors.

Till date we have spent approximately $100,000 to successfully build and test our platform.

We intend to source for more funds with the order of preference

What makes you not want to do ico and only choose private investors? is it because ico has started to be less trusted by the investor? or because of the influence of the very advanced IEO trend?

ICO funds will hurt our business as we need to stable the coin and repay contributors quickly. Only few investors will Hodl.

So the investors will invest in a project they don't even know how the public will react to. I wouldn't bother myself if I was an investor

Exactly, am hiding the links from people like you who just want to say anything about a project which we have invested over $100,000 on, we aren't looking for advice on the project we are looking for investors if you aren't then its better you don't respond at all.

I think it is best not to make it private for your project to rise high and make it popular. Because if you do that privately, the presence of the project remained in private.

honestly, i don't think you can get private investors from this forum with your approach. better tap individuals that you really know and ask help from them. maybe i'm wrong, but let's see if you can entice at least a couple of serious investors from this community...

Before you can get any tangible suggestion from anyone, it will be expedient of you to let us know what the project really is or what it entails.
Also, if the project truly worth it, despite the nature of the present market, it can sell within few hours or few days.
If you keep looking for private investors alone, you might not get any.

Why not add the link for that platform you have made.
Why people has to PM you. It does not mean that they are serious investing on your platform.
But most of the serious investors won't bother to send a message and just check the platform by themselves.

The thing about projects doing ICO is that they are only good when they ask money from investors but after that, they just ignore anyone. They could almost beg for funds, its usually that way and replies most o the time and tell about what the project can do and its potentials. Doing IEO these days will make you more reliable so to stop suspicions, just do it.

Not good in not showing the link for everyone here, if your project is that good and has a good potential in the market, you will not keep it in the eyes of the public, some developers, in fact, show their project or their roadmap to the public to get their attention and feedback and if it is good they will bookmark it.

What platform you talking about? any website , whitepaper or team personalities. Its look suspicious. By the way if you want investors to on board in your project do some public pitching in some crypto events.

If you are building a new platform and are looking for investors to develop your platform, you should represent your platform. Instead of covering up, you are not professional in building it, so please announce your platform on the topic annoucements.

If your platform is good, surely you must be professional in finding investors, so don't act like a scammer.
