1. Fcked up publicity. 99% of movers complain that the founder Peter Waterland has not seized the information space, completely unlike the good work that VB has done for ETH. This is the Achilles heel of QRL. He's not really taking a back seat. Several important unilateral decisions were communicated by him, without consulting the community. Is he secretly spinning some shit in the background? It's hard to drum up confidence because of his "Wizard of Oz" modus operandi.
2. Amateur "gig economy" shiller Adam Koltun is appointed the public face of QRL.
3. Developer / discord moderator Jack Matier places below-market buy orders on #OTC channel and in other exchanges. WTF is going on??
