I need the help of somebody who is currently residing in Korea or has proof he did. I want to test a strategy on a Korean exchange and have trouble registering as a foreigner (takes too long). The registration process in itself is very quick for Korean residents, basically just a Korean mobile number. If everything works as planned I will reward you with a part of the profits  and if it doesn't I will give you 20$ in btc  for your time.

You don't have to create a new thread for this, basically your first two posts were all the same. Go and stay instead with your other thread and lock this topic.

Why don't you go to their local board here, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=82.0. I do hope though that this is totally legal because we don't want people here to be scam by anyone. So they us the details as to what you wanted to accomplished here.

Foreigners are not allowed to use bitcoin exchanges.  Please prove to me I'm wrong.

Coinsbank: Left money in their costodial wallet for my signature.  Then they kept the money.

Main question to be answered  Grin. Korean exchange or not it doesnt matter unless if you are withdrawing Korean Fiat currency then that would be the main reason.
I dont see any tendency of some sort of Arbitrage on this one.The best thing to do is to ask on their Local board and for sure there are people who are willing to
do this stuff.
