Lol, I can only disagree with you (and guess you work for Nitrogen or take pleasure contradicting accusations?)
I am talking about the mistake that you made on your part. I also feel that NitrogenSports should also have atleast tried to help you but given the situation I can understand it could be hard for them as well. BTW I am not a fan of NitrogenSports given the accusations I have seen in feedbacks and something that happened to my account as well (but I guess that was my mistake).
Just because I am not giving a reply which wasn't in your favour doesn't means that I am part of NS or take pleasure contradicting accusations-
as you say.
My mistake? Even though you know more websites with this system (I'm on the internet 14 hours per day for the last 10 years and this is my first time btw), the user is poorly guided through the process and it's extremely easy (more than on any other website) to lose access to your account.
Yes. Nitrogensports uses cookies to keep you logged-in. But in case of anonymous registration they also give you out a link through which you can login back from any computer. All sites which allows such registrations always gives out such links to give you control even if you haven't set your username, email and password.
For instance: Here is the NS account that I created without password and email: satoshi [5065544] :

Nitrogen stopped communication. I believe I answered everything right, but even if I haven't, they don't give me a chance to get my account back. They do not reply my emails. So I assume they don't want to spend money helping me with this - instead they prefer to keep the money they owe me for themselves - much more profitable, isn't it?
Also, as I mentioned, I provided evidences that only the owner of the account could provide. Put simply, I use a link shortener that allows me to track clicks. So I can know when the link was clicked for the first time, how many clicks we had per month, and when we stopped redirecting our users to it once we realize we could not access the account.
What were the questions they asked? Come to think about it again, if you prove that you are the owner of the site where the referral link was used then I think that is sufficient proof to hand over the account back again.
I also contacted them using the branded email address of my website, from which the links come from. But they won't help me, ask me more questions, verify my story, etc.
Again I can only assume that's because I referred lots of people, and they are very happy that I did not add a username and password to my account.
Please add proofs like the emails exchanged and the hit-stats from the URL-shortner dashboard so that we can verify the incident and tag accordingly to let others know.
I didn't want to blame the whole situation onto you but you should also atleast understand the risks of creating account without username and password which doesn't makes this accusation as solid (unless you prove that you are the real owner of the site).
It's your mistake. C'mon think about it- how will they verify that you are the actual owner? You haven't placed and verified your email.
I disagree with that. If they have introduced a system like that then they should also establish a way to handle exceptions like OP's case. This is not a well-thought idea if they don't consider end use-cases like this one.
Most of them also gives link to get the access back to the account in case cookies get cleared out. They are not the only ones to implement a system like that- BitcoinVideoCasino and there were couple of more sites which I am unable to recall name now but I am sure they had system similar like this.
