Is that kind of post or reply should be allowed in off topics section?

Most of replies are just one word post and made by newbies. Should I report one by one each post to moderater or the whole thread should be reported?  How to report low quality post in the above cases where so many newbies making one word shitposts? Suggestions and ideas are really appreciated for new members.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Report the OP (first post of the thread) as a zero-value, spam-inducing thread. If moderators agree with you then the thread will get locked or trashed and reporting each post won't be necessary.
