After overtaking Ethereum on CMC, XRP seems to be one of the most promising cryptocurrencies of 2019. This cryptocurrency has seen unprecedented growth in last year along with a whopping price rise.

Now, due to its consensus mechanism, more and more payment providers are getting onboard. Moreover, there are some released products like xRapid, xCurrent, and xVia, which are improving its overall position in the blockchain network.

When it comes to its market prediction for 2019, as published on coinswitch, there will be an addition to its partnerships and technologies that might surge its price to 8 to 10 dollars.

There is a chance that might reach $1.20 by the end of 2019, do u think?

If you invest in dolgosrok then of course many coins are suitable for investment , I think ripple is clearly suitable to invest , because now the bullish trend I think ripple can reach large levels

Though i take ripple as more of centralized cryptocurrency but they are doing great job, they have good partnership and working with big banks and financial company. Sooner or later it will be treated as threat to current big payment system and its price will grow automatically.

I also think XRP is great for long term hold but presently I don't have some on my portfolio.  Well, I just like the products especially XRAPID and also great development with regards cross boarder payments.  I have been seeing several predictions for this coin, but nobody knows what the future holds precisely.

So far, XRP is still good altcoin for investment or trading, the value is high enough. But it has a low increasing price so far.
You may also try to invest in the other new altcoin such as Eterbase. The token sale is still active and it is also already listed on the exchange. You know, it is new enough and it has been in rank 518 on coin market cap with volume around $2,323,672 USD
This coin has very great progress only in a few weeks.

Well you are right on what you said about XRP; so if it's for short term investment then it's a good idea but for long term I don't know the efficiency of those services taking into consideration how centralized Ripple is. Nevertheless, holding a certian amount of Xrp while holding ETH, BTC looks like a good investment plan to me.

On the contrary, it seems to me that only 20% of altcoins deserve attention, and the remaining 80% are non-working or dead projects

Ampleforth which finished their IEO on Bitfinex recently looks very interesting to me. Also waiting for the launch of Dfinity and Polkadot later this year.

I also noticed the Ampleforth IEO, I read a review about the project and its ecosystem, I didn't invest in the IEO because the rating of the project is very low on ICObench website.

Despite the nature of XRP, it keeps growing while attracting partnerships and that's really good; therefore there is no doubt the price will rise. Also, one thing I find hard doing is predicting the price of any coin, rather I allow the market to play it out. However, comparing the price of XRP now to what it will be by the end of 2019, I doubt if it will reach that stated price, maybe 0.9-1$ might look feasible.

XRP is a unworthy altcoins which is so hyped in the marketplace with the promotion move by the centralized business people. But the fact this coin is not at all worthy one since it is against decentralized medium.

Apart from this you need to choose altcoins in the base of heavy volume in exchanges, if that is not available then 6ou should ignore it for sure.

I don't like price prediction because most times it doesn't work.
However, with XRP products and services as well as their underlying partnerships the price have a good chance of increasing but to reach that price you mentioned might be hard before the end of the year taking into consideration its current price. We should also take into account the way XRP was built, this also affects price.

With the incoming Libra, XRP will dissolve on its own.

That reason why XRP is known is for the fact that fees are low and their promise to be used by banks and payments. Years after that promise, its still unknown whether this can even be used. I'd stay away from this project to move on to a project that will constantly be used by crypto users. You'd rather see doge to be useful because its being accepted by casinos.

Ripple has a magnificent company with a solid Roadmap to rule the financial world. Their partnership with MoneyGram already suggest they are matching words with action but I will also like to point out that they are not the only platform making developmental strides. Ethereum will be up to the task

I would single out such coins as EOS and NEO.  because I believe that these coins are worthy of your investments and attention, I believe in them and I think that in the future they will definitely succeed, they are very promising and progressive.

Totally agree with you.  I also think these coins are quite productive and progressive.  But I also want to add ripple to this list.  Because it is very popular and makes a profit from its growth.

I have been more focused on new projects that already existing ones in the crypto space. If you are looking forth to seeing a development with a new product and sometimes with better use cases, then you should think of considering new projects.
