"I say if you do not become a millionaire in the next 10 years, then it’s your own fault." It's a big statement! An 18 year old male who grew up in an affluent family, is not a good fit for making such statement! Becoming a millionaire doesn't make you eligible for such statements! People come from different backgrounds, different financial situations and different family situations! To get a different perspective of life, speak to a slum boy someday! I think your statement is wrong, is making a statement like that only for people from poor families? I think he only provides motivation for all of us to make the right decision from now on because if in the next 10 years you are not successful, that is because you waste now. I still appreciate the boy, he has made quite remarkable changes in the class of boys. |

The boy surely doesn't know how it is to start from zero just by reading how he started in crypto you would already know that he is already wealthy enough to buy plenty of Bitcoin. He was just lucky on putting a bet on bitcoin, and that statement is just plain dumb. Be like other millionaires that is just so humble on their achievements using cryptocurrency. Hoping the luck will ever in his favor forever.

"If you birth poor and you died rich, you made a great life. But if you birth poor and died poor, that is your sin" The philosophy I have said is the sayings of my countrymen. I really disagree with this maxim. It is an egocentric philosophy for me. Why do we need to be rich? Do we take it after death? I don't care if I died poor as long as the people around me are glad when we are together. We don't need to become millionaire because through aspects of life is to become aware of what you are doing in this earth. Adam Smith say, wealth can't be measured by materials things but by the welfare of the people around you. |

This child is surrounded by families who support what he wants to do especially his brother who first played Bitcoin became a motivation for him to compete to be the best. Basically he didn't know about how Bitcoin grew, he just realized that he had Bitcoin when he wanted to meet someone. He bought at a low price and sold it at a high price which meant he was just lucky to be an unexpectedly millionaire.

It is not impossible for an 18-year-old to become a billionaire because of bitcoin, why is that so? indeed, if some adults consider bitcoin to be a threat and something taboo, it is different from the boy who kicked bitcoin from the other side that people did not realize and were able to see, which turned out to be the thing that made him change and change his views others about bitcoin.

Every kid will have their own chance, willingness, and also the right moment to be what he want (including becoming a millionaire from Bitcoin). From the story above, we can see that he is from a great family who has a big fund, high knowledge, and awareness of the technology. It makes sense if he knows many things. However, what about the general kids from very general society? I think that the story will be more influencing when he came from a very simple family. But, applause for him.

There are some warning in his statement. I don't really like him as a cryptopreneur but I also don't hate him. It's just that I don't think it's right to say that if bitcoin didn't meet or fix those problems bitcoin will not get success.
This 18-year-old boy because millionaire because he has this 400+ bitcoin correct me if I'm not right.
The only thing that I want in what he says is that if you are not rich or millionaire in the next 10 years it is your fault. That actually leaves a mark in our head.

Everyone can be a millionaire in cryptocurrency. He is lucky coz he gets all the support he needed when he was just starting in bitcoin coz not all can get that much support. And not all has a privileged to have $1000 from their grandparents lol His love on technologies made him a millionaire.

It is very inspirational especially that he holds the record of being the youngest millionaire in crypto currency world. I really love how eager he is aside from being smart because you cannot do anything if you don't have the eagerness even if you have the knowledge inside yourself.
What makes him successful is he didn't stop to his goal even if there are plenty of hurdles knowing that he is still very young. I'd love to test myself also whether I can be a millionaire 10 year from now.

He came off like a privileged, entitled jerk in his interviews. Not everyone is given thousands of dollars by their grandparents to buy whatever they want!  It sounds like he was just immensely lucky that his brother introduced him to Bitcoin, and that he had money to invest at the right time. That's a once in a lifetime opportunity! I agree with you. This is just a very rare opportunity that is very once in a life time happen to every indiviadual. The boy is so just so much lucky that he was being face the world of crypto in the right and perfect time. |

Lucky for him as he was already aware of BTC and has the money to invest. Him becoming a millionaire without doing something else isn't something to be amaze but I would rather look up to a kid who worked harder, provide food for himself and live on his own and work up to a corporate ladder. Or to a kid that learned trading with just few hundreds in his pocket and profited by trading. That Erik already has money and from a family that has the wealth.

Well yeah it is not impossible if you already have tons of money to throw at without worrying a thing, There are tons of people who have invested in the early age of crypto but guess what not all of them could hold it because they also need that money to sustain what they need to feed their family. The boy was just lucky to be in a rich family and doesn't have to worry about his investment because it was just a spare money for them. |
