There is a possibility that this is a fee problem. If you paste your transaction ID here, as HCP said, we might be able to help you.
You can also check it now, as the transaction may have already been confirmed by now.
You can try to check it by yourself in any block explorer, such as blockchain.com or blockcypher.com Just insert your addresses or transaction ID there.
This may also be a wallet software problem that is not syncing your balance with the blockchain.
