Just like the dapp website that uses ethereum blockchain and you need to use metamask to join it

Yes,i already know that basic thing which you would need to install the integrated wallet needed for you to make use of the site.
I do see that it has some prompt to let you know that you do need scatter for you to play.

First thing I noticed is that the welcome page looks like a For Sale domain in GoDaddy. I reached it and thought that the site was down. I would not pay any attention to it if this is how the site looks like. Looks more like a scam site than a gambling site.

When I heard that I would be capable of starting my own casino I was hoping for something that was more than just starting my own room for it. I remember back in the day moneypot allowed people to start their own dice websites using moneypot as their bankroll and they even provided some basic coding for a simple dice website with certain house edges and bankroll management coded into it except it didn't had any design at all, so I assumed this would be about the same, your own totally separate website that you can run your own except you would use the bankroll from a third party, this is not like that.

We are moving forward in time but the technology is going backwards, now moneypot doesn't have that and neither this place, it is still something at least but could be improved by a whole lot.

I like it, the idea is great, it does look like shit at first but it's not that bad. It would be cool if you could make it work with other cryptos, bitcoin, etc because EOS is not very loved here, although I understand why you picked EOS. You should show the whole website even for people that don't have scatter installed though, you are losing potential customers this way.

It's been days, but I see the same thing. The whole concept sounded really interesting with people being the 'bankers' of the casino. I've never seen anything like it, and it seems to me that it could become popular. But the website is small and broken, looking very unprofessionally and not even allowing to do stuff. It's not even beta-version...
Op, please make sure the website works properly and look professional. Also, it would be nice if you figured out how to resolve trust issues (an escrow and provably fair games, perhaps?). After that, I think there might be people interested in trying out the banker thing, although, of course, I am not sure of that.
