The Electrum executable listed on BitcoinDiamond.org and the executable to be downloaded from AtomicWallet.io, both appears to have no Github source mentioned. How trustworthy are they?

As for the "trustworthiness" of this... I'm not going to tell you that it's "safe". Take adequate precautions (run it in a VM or on a liveboot Linux USB, empty the BTC addresses first etc) and you should be "OK"... but "Use at your own risk" etc

Why you wanna take risk for BCD wallet usage. If you want to use the trustworthy wallet, you may check out their site itself.
