Your thread must moved to : Service discusion.

Here's a Thread for Automic wallet : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4437510.0
And  currently Team have an update to post a bounty transatlion here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114601
I thought team have serious project, here is for CMC : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/atomic-wallet-coin/

So far no one report scam accusations for that service, so it's safe (dont trust me). If you've doubt just looking other service.

It's a wallet that you should stay away from[1][2][3][4]. I don't suggest multi-coin wallets because they're not open source and there is a lack of transparency, but If you still want to use one, go with something like Coinomi or Exodus. These wallets don't have atomic swap feature, but you could always use exchanges such as swap.online for that purpose.

I do not know this wallet, but from research on the internet I find other more reputable
https://cex.io/
https://www.coinmama.com/
But I never work with them  Smiley
This two are not wallet and they are exchange and it's too absurd to recommend such alternatives of a multi wallet.
And for the rating reviews on atomicwallet website is such fake, I can't see cz, charlie shrem and john make a review on trust pilot for such, I'm sure it came from twitter since they are more active but they insist it came from trust pilot.

I only see coinomi as an alternative, its mentioned already above and it's much safer than atomicwallet IMO.

http://whois.domaintools.com/atomicwallet.io

The domain of this service expires on 2019-11-15 which is quite odd considering that most reputable services always make sure they have multiple years left before their domain expires.

This doesn't mean that the site is untrustworthy by default (it actually looks pretty decent and professional), but given the fact that its fairly new still, it's definitely something to take into consideration.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

https://atomicwallet.io/

I've used them for storing small amounts of ERC20 tokens that I wasn't bothered to set up a new myetherwallet for, and wasn't supported by exodus.

It went generally without issues, though there was a hiccup where I had to move these tokens to Huobi in order to get them converted to mainnet coins (but really, that's not their fault).

However, would I recommend it as a long term storage option? No. Firstly, it doesn't have the reputation of other multicoin wallets like Exodus. Secondly, I don't think the source code is disclosed publicly. The company itself isn't the most well known either. If I'm storing large amounts for longer terms, I would certainly avoid them.

I have bitcoins on cex.io and coinmama.com for two years and I never had problems Smiley
and I also have an account in blockchain.com form 5 months

The "problem" you have there is that you do not control your private keys. If the exchange suddenly collapses, there goes your money (something similar to poloniex last week). In the case of a fork, they decide whether they are going to give the forked coins to you or not.

I could go on but exchange wallets are not safe wallets, and that is something that you do always have to keep in mind

There also used to be a lot of threads over on this forum about peoples' Blockchain wallet accounts being hacked one way or another, and exchanges get hacked and go down all the time. I would highly suggest you move the coins you have stored on any web-based wallet or exchange wallet to either your computer or a hardware wallet/paper wallet for best security. I use mobile wallets and web wallets somewhat often for short-term storage for when I want to transact without needing to use my hardware wallet, but they're really not ideal for longer-term storage at all.

Well good for you and not for the majority. Look the web wallets board most of the complains are those who have issues for blockchain.com wallet, while they are still somewhat good for small amount use.

And for cex.io, well they still somewhat resolve those problems from their users but arguing that it's an exchange that needed for KYC verification for storing your funds and cannot even fully control your own funds and such way for alternatives for multiwallets? no way.

Christ people really just won't listen to the news or learn from other people's mistakes, will they? Mt Gox alone should have been enough warning, biting the ass of veteran members and guys who are personalities today.

Sure I keep some stuff on exchanges or online services too but for the former they're worth next to nothing, amd for the latter, because I need to keep funds there to use their services (though I have to really evaluate every month whether I need them).

All it takes is 1 problem and it doesn't matter how long you've had funds on some platform "without any problems".

I don't think that buying coins in their platform is necessarily going to be a good idea, given the fact that even though they do advertise a decentralised trading platform, from my own anecdotal experience there is a huge lack of liquidity available, which means that your spreads will be super high.

Personally, I'd echo Omega's sentiments. The wallet is not open source as per my knowledge and therefore, you should avoid storing large amount of funds on there. But I don't think there will be an issue with smaller quantities.

No. Cex is one of the notorious exchanges in terms of their fiat operations. Nor should they be ever used as a wallet.

I have coins in this wallet for a long time. I have Atomic tokens too. I tried their exchange, sold 0.11 ETH for some BNB, I checked later how much I would got if I would do
that on some exchange and I`m satisfied with rates, and I didn`t spend nothing for transaction fees.
I like Atomic wallet, and I believe they have a future. I will try to stack their token, one day they will have staking.

BIG WINNER!

Atom wallet is a new platform.
I saw it in several airdrop telegram groups.
you should see positive reviews and choose a wallet that is trusted and safe.
