Coinbase, has now announced that its Visa debit card service is available in major European countries.
The Coinbase Visa debit card can be used to make payments to online businesses and physically who accept Visa. According to information, the card can also be used to withdraw cash from an ATM machine as a physical contact card like a traditional ATM card.
This new debit card payment mechanism can only be accessed through the Coinbase mobile app (Android & iOS). Not to mention this new payment media is only open for the delivery of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).
The purpose of the Visa card is to integrate a flexible payment system for platform users.
As information, Coinbase was originally introduced in the UK, although currently based in San Francisco, this cryptocurrency franchise registered a trade limit of $ 150 billion USD. With support from 42 countries, the Coinbase platform now serves more than 2 million users.
