For me I will choose only the best coin that used POW consensus caused by the fact the inflation still continue. I like to take POS rather than POW consider about it was having less inflation and product.

Bitcoin is PoW and no brainer that this is the best investment in the crypto scene so if you are looking for a suitable one, don't doubt the king of cryptocurrencies.

yeah for now ethereum is a proof of work(POW) coins, but in the future this coin will be a Proof of stake(POS) coin
personally i'm not a miners, so i don't know how to mine a coin, but i heard for now mining is not profitable anymore,

Why you are bumping this thread when you get enough answers already. Most of the coins are the Pow, even bitcoin too. If you are looking for a better investment then buy Bitcoin, Ethereum or Binance coin now!
