I cannot see this getting the go-ahead from governmental agencies.

There is too much at stake here. No entity should hold that much data on people, no way.

Even if the US broke up Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp in to three separate companies each owned individually by coompetitors - they will probably not allow Libra to go ahead.

Not only do we have project associating with them,Libra had to remove the list of projects team lately on their page, It was discovered that some project scammer make the list facebook team presented. The space need the fund from the project to have a little drive for price and add more confidence for investment but they were disappointed by USA response. the ICO cause more damage than good especially for the scammers involved.

First of all Libra is still not certified by SEC. All that presales might be a scam. Second thing is that it is absolutely worthless for regular users. You need not less than 10mln dollars to run a msternode that will bring you some profit. If you ask me, it is just another money grab machine designed by Zuck. BTW who opened this thread? Trying to take advantage of the hype surrounding Libra, even if the real project owner has not publicly launched it. No doubt that a lot of entities will create fake platforms to lure those naive users who are thinking that they are being part of this big FB project. Sadly, not all people can see these potential scam sites.

He will not give up, and things are not working according to his way, so he might take time to launch the Libra payment system. Sometimes we have to face the tough situation and surely we are going to see the Facebook future payment system through Libra. Now governments are also not supporting the Zuckerberg to launch the Libra coin.
