We notice already the usual scammers (lauda et al) and others are using mental gymnastics and super weak sauce bullshit to LEMON flag those they were punishing for whistle blowing them under the OLD gamed trust system. Yet don't have any flags themselves for observably trying to scam people or KNOWINGLY supporting scammers themselves. Many have some very serious observable instances of financially motivated wrong doing. There are several DT members that have some VERY STRONG cases against them for being involved in financially motivated shady behaviors.

The great thing about this new FLAG system is a UNION can work this time at pushing for transparent, fair and equal treatment for all members. This time the gamed and broken merit system can NOT prevent JUSTICE.

We will not accept double standards any longer. They can not SCAM people then punish us for daring to mention they did it!! can they?

NOW WE MUST BE CAREFUL. - we are not here to protect scammers or those that try to scam others. We should never protect any person that has presented a clear financial threat to other people here. We do not want to discredit this union. We protect the innocent and clearly abused that is all. If you are a scammer do NOT seek the support of this union.

Once we build critical levels of support (it will take time) we will focus on ways to right the wrongs of the OLD trust feedback system and the implications of that old system for all members here.

Theymos has done ALL that he can to now present a fair set of transparent rules from a top down approach. We have to use these tools, but they can only work against a present gang if we work as a united effort. Put aside your personal gripes with each other over petty arguments and ego battles. Time to bring fair and equal treatment and opportunities to the entire board.

Our goals are not only to ensure fair use of the trust system, but fair opportunities to be ensured to all members here based on their merit (NOT WHO THEY KNOW AND WHO'S ASS THEY KISS).  There will be no hiding behind gamed merit scores and trust abuse.

Weight of numbers can crush ALL injustice here. The bitcointalk gravy train is coming to a stop soon for these scumbags that have been riding it for far too long.

This is a work in progress - it will take time to correct the entrenchment of these dirt bags. Even theymos seems to have only just realized that if you threaten to bring fair standards and  take away their UNFAIR advantages, they will turn on you and back stab you in an instant. Even those you thought were EXCELLENT members and here for the good of this movement. Red pill time.

We can not raise any concerns without observable instances, we can defend no concerns where there is observable instances of prior financially motivated wrongdoing or clear indication that financial wrong doing was being set up/planned.

Set up your flags or present flags where you have been abused. Let's review them together.

Any person that is demonstrated to have previously scammed or directly supported their scamming can not apply to be part of the union or benefit from its protection. Their posts will be deleted as we see them.

This initial post will be amended and altered as issues arise that cause extra wording to ensure our goals of fair treatment for all members are met.


Any person that we consider is trying to be deliberately net negative towards the ends of this union will be deleted and banned from this thread. Those include known trust abusers and scammers and their supporters.


THIS WILL TAKE TIME IT IS NOT AN IMMEDIATE FIX. When we reach critical mass to overturn observable trust abuse it will become a hugely effective tool.

These abusive idiots abused trust system and placed wrong feedback on my trust wall and no one cares about it.

Please review and when you are done with these 2 cases I have more of this abusive behavior. We don't want double standards here, equal treatment for all!

Those look to be incorrect feedbacks from the initial review.

Although you fall under the direct support of scammers (with direct regard to their scamming) category (we have added)  for your direct support of laudas proven scamming actions. Unless you want to prove us wrong right now.

We will quote your post before we delete it to demonstrate this is the action we will take against any persons seeking to use the union for their own ends but are not prepared AT ALL to support its true goals. When we take note that you have countered LAUDAS tags and flags where observable instances of financial wrongdoing  are not present you may apply via pm to be part of the union. Until then do not post again. Others that have supported lauda and trust abuse previously will be deleted without being given the SAME explanation.

Anyone here that seeks to disrupt the union by any means will be deleted. Any not considering that FAIR may choose not to join this union. If you have used the trust system previously to create an initial attack that is not directly related to financial wrong doing you are a trust abuser.

This is not a one way street. You want the union to ensure YOUR OWN fair treatment then you must ENSURE the fair treatment of others.

We believe focusing on flags should be the primary initial concern. The old system is now correctly viewed as meaningless subjective junk. Later as support grows we shall focus on ensuring fair treatment in all possible situations on this forum.

Above we can view a known supporter of the scammer lauda.
This member hhampuz also has rather a lot of observable dirt to his name.

1. Hhampuz  refuses to provide TRANSPARENT fair rules for entrance/exclusion from this " sig campaign management" spots? hence leaving him and his projects wide open to legitimate criticism and speculation over receiving back handers and kick backs to get a sig spot. It leaves his projects open to concerns over unfair and gamed initial distributions of tokens. This could create terribly narrow initial distributions leaving the project open to collusion and market making.

2. Hhumpuz supported the doxing of a forum treasurer which endangered the safety of that treasurer and bitcointalks funds.

3. Hhumpuz has been accused of stealing 0.5BTC from a project that he was a campaign manager for.

4. Hhumpuz can be seen abusing the trust system. He does not create flags for his friend lauda who is a proven scammer and liar but will support flags by his scamming friend lauda that claim the person who caught lauda scamming and lying even though that member has never scammed any member here and has never even been in a scenario where could have scammed another member out of money. This person should not be a campaign manager and we will be alerting ALL projects to the observable instances that strongly suggest he should not associated with their projects.

Anyone refused a sig spot by hhampuz or ANY campaign manager who can demonstrate they are a "good" poster or who's posts are as good or better than members hhampuz accepts, and have not got a type 2 flag or higher can join this union.

We will request hhmapuz or any campaign manager provide a full detailed explanation for refusal which we will as a community analyse. No more hiding behind gamed metrics like merit and "red trust" that hhampuz and his friends control.

Projects must become made FULLY aware of this situation and given the opportunity to demonstrate they are not part of this gamed and corrupt skimming of the boards revenue streams.

EVERY MEMBER WILL BE ACCEPTED BASED ON TRANSPARENT AND FAIR RULES THAT ARE APPLIED EQUALLY TO ALL MEMBERS. If the campaign manager can not demonstrate in detail EXACTLY how you are a SCAMMER or present STRONG case you are intending to SCAM or that your are a poor quality poster then they will need to accept you into their campaigns. Else the board needs campaign managers that will provide TRANSPARENT FAIR RULES THAT ARE APPLIED EQUALLY TO ALL MEMBERS.

No more greedy corrupt and gangs skimming off all the top revenue streams.

Come on guys , no point continuously begging admin for help here they are not bothered if you get abused by scammers

Only a union can crush them fully.

Start getting organized and targeting energy to maximum effect.

I mean we alone can hound these scamming bitches (when ontopic, relevant and net positive) and keep them from having a nice easy ride here but they will keep adding red marks to your account and threatening to weaponize the systems of control here in which they are currently entrenched unless you start working together.

We can not prevent them from giving you tags and flags just for speaking out against them at this time. For that we will need a union of those abused.

There are no explosive exchanges EVER. I mean that would suggest some kind of resistance or friction to our undeniable and independently verifiable observable instances of their wrong doing.

That NEVER happens. We just present the truth and they all cry out " trolling" then run away from the drill down and scrutiny we put them under.

Well, the problem is most people are totally selfish fucking scum bags even if they are not scammers or scammer supporters. If they are not personally being troubled they will either

a/ sit there and do nothing
b/ align with the scammers and scammer supporter that currently control merit/trust and the highly paid rev streams here.

Still it is fun to rub their scamming noses in their past undeniable scamming and scam supporting deeds whenever it is on topic and relevant. No union required for that.

The systems of control primarily merit are so broken and they are too entrenched now to be removed via working within those systems. I will link to that thread in the initial post here. However we do not believe that it is possible to see them removed working within the confines of the current systems of control. They are too entrenched, their support increases due to their control of the shitty merit system.

Of course they should be excluded however since Theymos was TOLD to increase the threshold to 250 earned merits then actually those excluding those on the list provided are opening themselves up to merit famine as they will immediately be seen as a threat to their hold over DT.

It is best treat that method of removal as an extra but not a core way to hound them out.

Better to raise a group of determined individuals to hound their every post and movement here whilst keeping within the rules.

I suggest DEDICATED threads to each of these people with undeniable instances of their scamming/scammer supporting and trust abuse that is updated and linked to whenever you reply to them.. as a good start.

If people still want to exclude them they are free to do so and we support the idea, it is simply not going to be effective unless they have a lot of merit.

It is also best to merit  MERIT WORTHY POSTS of those that support the exclusions but this will work in reverse for the merit sources ( which are mostly all DT members spamming sigs at the highest rates and supporting scammers) so again is a 2 edged.

I think just crushing them in public constantly is the best way forward right now. As support grows their every post will be scrutinized for double standards.

Of course though as we have said the BEST way would be to leverage their sponsors. That would certainly have an effect but perhaps should be a last resort.
