Question about Flag

Hi guys,
I would like to know the difference between the Green Line and Red Line drawn in the image.

I mean some names are greyed and some are clickable blue, why is that? It's not a major thing, but still a knowledge to gain about a new thing.

Sorry if this has been answered. I haven't seen anything about it and I'm confused with the keywords to perform a search.

Those blue colors are DT who support or oppose the flag while the greyed words aren't. (or I miss something?)

But I'm still confused. I'm not a DT1, DT2 member and my name shows as clickable blue.

The blue ones are the people in your trust list. You're always in your own trust list so you will always see yourself as blue on the flags that you support or oppose. Other blue ones would be users in your custom trust list, or if you don't use that - it would be DT members.

Aside from the visual difference, the important part is that blue ones are the ones that count to make the flag active. You need at least one more blue user on the support line than there are blue users on the opposition line to make a yellow flag active. You need at least three more blue supports for a red flag to be active.

Grey ones are clickable too BTW.
