I don't have ITF data unfortunately as ITF coverage from non-KYC sportsbooks is pretty poor

for now you won't find any good site for these , even fortunejack don't offer all the games and most of the times you can only bet match winner
I would say the last hope for these is one Stake launch their sportsbook , hopefully they will add these and other unpopular markets as well

maybe you should check Betcoin and Sportsbet as well , they added a lot of games but mainly the winner markets
so you won't be able to find handicaps or over/unders ..etc
