HELP: Marketing Manager List Needed

I once stumbled across a list of bitcointalk account who manage bounties and mkt promostions. there were 10 to 20 top reliable promoters eith a basic summary.

Can anyone direct me to it again? i have soent significsnt time trying to find it on my own and have broken doen to reach out for some help. Would be much appreciated! thanks!

The names on the top under "Empfehlenswert" are Recommended managers to manage campaigns.
