Need help to find a scammer and Identity Thef

Hello everyone My identity was stolen 2 years ago and was used to steal amounts of money from people all over the country basically after identity verification the person used my exchange account to buy ethereum and btc with stolen cards.

bitcoin address is a bit wrong we couldn't take pictures in cyber police's office and i was writing with handcuffs on so please correct it if you know how.

the amount that was transferred to this address equals to 0.045758 btc
the ip of the person who did this at the time was 5.122.170.82.
I'm Iranian and the security here isn't that great, i'm about to serve 5 years in prison and pay fucked up amount of fee to the government please if you can help me find this person do so.
Recently i was able to get back my bitcointalk account and have access to internet again and i'm trying to fight this back after talking to the victims they understand that i'm a victim too and helping me but their knowledge of computers isn't that great.

I got a lawyer but right now government striped me of my house and everything i got and no matter how much i explain to a free lawyer in a third world country(iran) he doesn't understand it i just have to find this dude i personally talked to judge about the issue and he promised me to get specialist if i could find a better lead by these.
