Well , Anchor is a two-token stable digital currency pegged to a new, algorithmic financial standard, the Monetary Measurement Unit (MMU). After reading Anchor's whitepaper it gave me hope, that crypto environment still have smart people who bring interesting and unique ideas that can be implemented on the blockchain. So, due to price and inflation fluctuations, almost every currency loses several percents of its initial value each year, USD loses around ~2% per year due to inflation, EUR ~1.5%, Chinese Yuan ~2.5%. And here we have Anchor, they created 2 algorithmic stable tokens pegged to the predictable growth trend of the global economy, these tokens offer each user long-term price stability, preservation of purchasing power, and protection against inflation. In other words, every fiat currency and stable tokens pegged to these fiats will lose value year by year, while Anchor will give you the opportunity to avoid these losses and save the initial value of your money/saving.

Fiat money is "Government Money" and is known to be constantly losing value though inflation or fail completely. Cryptocurrencies or "The People's Money"-should provide a haven when fiats fails. Having most of our crypto stable coins based or pegged to Government money doesn't protect crypto against failure. That why having a project such as Anchor is a welcome idea- A projects that attempts to solves the problem of currency depreciation by pegging it to something that is reliable and dynamic.

This year so many stable coins were created. But all of them are pretty same, backed by FIAT money. But FIAT money are not backed by anything! That is pure air!
