Yep, clearly using newbie accounts to bump the thread. Sadly this is totally typical for ANN threads.  When I used to visit that section to report these kinds of posts, it seemed like every single thread was being bumped by bots, morons, and assorted Group W Bench retards.  No doubt some of them are being paid for this, though I'm not sure if that's the case in the thread OP linked to.

Just report these fucksticks and the mod (if he's not overworked already) will take care of business.  Hopefully a thread like that will get completely nuked if it's being constantly bumped.  It deserves nothing less IMO.
